If you are not Chivalry'ing or Piety'ing, I wouldn't expect you to get much over 60k exp per hour. As much as I hate to fall in line with everyone else with the trite answer...you'd be better off slaying, since you'd be making money as well while still gaining the same exp and semi-afk experience.

What are you prioritizing at Armored Zombies? Exp, gp gain, or a medium of both? If the answer is EXP or a mixture, please consider ditching the Games Necklace, or instead just letting it take up a space in your inventory. It is worth it. At the cost of 7k (say the average cost of the ranarr you'd have to avoid picking up) you will gain better stats with a glory or even a fury. Likewise with the Ring of Wealth--if you have nothing else to wear in its place, that's fine, but look to invest in a Warrior Ring. After a few hours at AZ, you should have enough money for it without putting too much of a dent in your cash pile.

EDIT: Take my answer with a grain of salt, it's been a long time since I trained at AZ's, and even when I did, I had Full Void. My answers about exp rates are really just 'educated guesses' rather than concrete answers.

ya i shoulda figured just go back to slaying, i was doing that before i went to the AZs but after getting hellhounds, banshees, trolls, and greaters i got kinda bored, greaters and trolls are the only ones i like the banshees suck becuasethe lvl 90s are too good for me and i hate ranging them and the ones at canifis are to nooby, and the hellhounds are a food consumption task, but the AZs are afkable wich i like cuase i can browse tip.it or play my 360

Fair enough. If you use the spot furthest from the altar, you shouldn't have much of an issue with competition either.

ya thats what i usually do, if no ones at the front then i just camp there and pray melee or range,i might go do slayer every so often

The best person to test how much xp per hour you can get is you.

Makes sense to me. Do a few quick timed tests and see what you get.

ya i probably wont do that, im not the best person at calculating and what not, but then i could always use the xp total thing up at the minimap

Time yourself for five minutes. Write down your experience before and after. Find the difference. Multiply by 12.

not that hard....
