When will the multiplier hit x1.5?

If this bonus weekend will be anything like the last one was supposed to be, it will start at x2.7 and after exactly 10 hours it will be x1.1 for the rest of the weekend.

 

After how many hours will the rate be x1.5? I want to know how many pots I should buy so that way I don't end up wasting money making pots at x1.1 when I bought them at double their price.

Last event they screwed up the formula (rounding errors) and if I remember correctly x1.1 was reached by hour 7.

This should happen over a course of 10 hours meaning 0.16 percent lost per hour

 

2.7 take 1.5 is 1.2 so it should take 7.5 hours

Last time it did that because of the rounding error.

It was rounding half way through the calculation which meant larger numbers got rounded down and vanished faster while lower numbers stayed for longer.

Hence I said IF they do the rounding right.

As far as i know and have read, it was supposed to be an exponential decrease and that had nothing to do with the rounding error. It also makes/made sense for the higher bonuses to last less while the lower bonuses to last longer.

Yup. Which means, feel free to step away from the computer for food or whatever when you need to. It'll pick up where you left off when you log out.

I don't think the lobby was invented back then. I'm not 100% on that though. I also hope the lobby doesn't count as play time.
