September 13, 201015 yr Fight Caves is a good way.. usually after finishing/dieing in there, you get tele'd away in a random. JOIN THERE TO MERCHANT YOUR BUTS OFF!. Seriously.

September 13, 201015 yr Randoms are mostly based off how much XP you gain... do things which give you massive XP/hour and you'll get randoms more frequently. Cooking, ranging with chins, making summoning pouches, etc. are good for provoking randoms. On the first bonus weekend it was hard to go 5 minutes w/o getting a random when making summoning pouches.

Aside from that, do some of the people in lumbridge give you lamps for helping them? As for randoms, I always seem to get them on farm runs. give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever
