Championfurydelta123
Well I have my second batch of tokens and I am wondering which item I should get next out of the chaotics. I alrdy got the rapier, arcane stream and scroll of life. xpx
For melee, CLS if you have ely/divine, maul if you don't. For ranged, rigour if it's for training/slaying, ccbow for armadyl solo. The shields are more or less useless and cost too much to repair, the staff is useful if you have alot of money and like hybrid pvp. First to 99 Farming on 27. The chaotic crossbow is only marginally more accurate than the rune crossbow, since the strength lies in the ammo. Considering the costs in its maintenance, it's not worth it. I'd consider either the staff or the maul. ~ W ~

Don't get the maul unless you plan on using WF's for 99 summoning. I have one and I'd much rather have a CLS or staff. Ever wanted to find street prices of RS items? Quyneax
I'd take cls or ccbow. I voted ccbow because that's the one I'd take (for tds) but cls is also useful. Maul too, of course, so it's really a contest between the 3. What will you be doing? Edit at the above: ok, slight scratch on the maul. I swear it was just +10 over the rune crossbow last I checked. *checks* Ok, ignore my post about the crossbow. It's +30. That's exactly why I was suggesting the maul. I imagine waterfiends to be really fast if you use it, but ultimately there's no right answer to this question without knowing what the goals of the asker in question are. ~ W ~

And maul is at most only like 5-10% better at waterfiends. And it's pretty much useless everywhere else. Grimy_Bunyip
Scroll of rigour > chaotic crossbow I believe. on a loosely related note:I timed ~27.5 prayer points per minute drain rate (very roughly) with no prayer bonus.the rs wiki number has been complete bs for the last month ;D. chaotic maul is a good option if you're slaying primarily. Curses are better imo.
