You're gonna get crashed with that setup. I get crashed with rapier/turm/claws/extremes, so yeah.

I piety the fool.

You could solo him, but there's no point, really.

I'd only solo him if I had extremes, turmoil, etc. Waste of time/effort/supplies, in your case.

:) Up to you, though

So this wouldnt really be very viable for me? Maybe i should stick to teaming GW...

Complete waste of time for you to solo him with those stats and equipment. You don't even have a unicorn. Your looking at 1 maybe 2 kills with that setup if you live. Skill up and save for better equipment.

Cwadark0ne.png

Uni isn't that important for soloing bandos, it's all about the yak/ovls.

I piety the fool.

1. You're gonna get torn a new one with that mage level, 80-85 is a lot better so the mage minion won't kill you.

2. You're gonna get crashed so fast it'll make your head spin, you'll have no way of beating out people.

3. Team GWD is pretty trash money nowadays, I'd find something more productive to do.

Yes, tds are far better than GWD. Their max hit is below 300, something I've come to appreciate after failing to solo even one K'ril Tsutsaroth (lol). They are also faster to kill and claws are valued above all Bandos & Zamorak loot, and above most other GWD loot (only Armadyl and Saradomin hilts are worth more). I think claws are also slightly less common though.

Either way, massive advantage is the lack of killcount, which means that you can get back to your angel of death with 3 mins to pick up your stuff without a bless. And since you, at your stats, would have to get kc every kill or so, that short banking time matters a lot.

Your stats are sub-par, your setup is quite horrible, and you don't even have enough summoning for a tortoise.

Stay away from BGW, you realistically may only get 1 kill a trip, not to mention get crashed by someone like me.

I guess, i've thought i could do better then what you lot suggest.. the problem with TDS, is the sheer amount of quests in the way of me getting to do them.. maybe like 40-50hours of questing to actually do it... So yeah, i need to be less lazy and sort that out.

Thanks for all the info, i'll leave BGW for now (y)

Not really. If he crashed OP, they'd both be ripped a new one, and Amitoz would only get one or two kills more than OP. Not to mentioned they'd both be crashed by a single maxed player, L.

If you hate quests, tds are of course less attractive, but don't forget quests have awesome rewards, as well.

While Guthix Sleeps offers a random dragon armour piece (3m+ gp value) and 4 times 100k free xp on stats over 65 as rewards. Nomad's Requiem: several hundreds of thousands of xp (depending on levels). Blood Runs Deep: 3 times 150k xp in a combat stat over 75. Most quests are quite worth it.

Not to mention no unicorn, which will mean he'll have to brew/eat even more often, which costs you even more offensive power.

(to the op) As this discussion shows, Bandos god wars is all about the maxedness of the competitors.

I started mmebers 2008. Failed arguement tbh!

Anyway, to the OP. Like everyone has said, BGW is something you want to avoid these days. Teams are good for a quick 5m or so, but it might be hard to find open worlds these days. And even finding an open world isnt always good enough because you need to compete against higher levels and better equipment. Unless you have a team that all has chaotics, ovl, turm, max armour str and claws for specs you will get crashed no matter what.

Besides that, your summoning level and magic level is not what it should be for a solo. I did a few solos back when i had 70 magic and like 50 summoning. I never got more than 1 kill. You end up wasting time and money.

If you dont feel like question for TD's then zammy would be your best bet. He is very underrated imo. Sure he only drops a spear and a hilt thats really worth while, but i find his drop a bit more common dispite what KB says. He's also easier than bandos in the sense that you can almost solo him with just a Unicorn.

Also getting the correct setup for him is easier seeing as you can use Void or even just Black Dhide. With a good invo, you could still get 2 or 3 kills even at your level.

Zamorak GWD is very hard, much harder than any other boss (besides the obvious corp/kq), as he can hit very high and through prayer. If you have no experience with bosshunting at all, you may very well die (I know I did, with turm/chaotic/ovl).

Zammy is easier in the sense that you don't really need to be potted to kill him. I found him a lot easier than i did Bandos. Also it's easier to spot his spec as he gives you kind of a warning, so you know to eat early. Also when using a GS at Zammy its easy as heck to kill him. You just hit, walk under him, wait 2 seconds, attack him, repeat. This way you dont get hit by him while you wait to attack again making it a 1 hit for 1 hit match.

You can kill Graardor in full bronze with a bronze dagger... doesn't mean you should. That goes for Kril w/o pots, too. And godswords (which would be a lot of clicking and slower than crapier, as well). I think, but I am not sure, that nearly everyone would agree that Kril is harder to kill.

Either way, the minions will hit a lot on stuff like void, so you'll want either a good shield or Verac's skirt/tassets. The only setup I would recommend, however, is the following: divine, bandos chestplate and tassets, fury, dragon boots, verac's helm, chaotic rapier, berserker or onyx (i), barrows gloves, sw cape. Praying protect magic, using a steel titan.

More recommended would be trio armadyl, where you can use the low-levelled fruit bat and simple void deflector to make some decent money.

Don't know if i really agree with this. I used to do a lot of Lesser tasks there for the heck of it. I usually used Full Dhide, Rune def (sometimes DFS), Whip, (claws for specs) and then just full Dhide with D boots, Zerker (i) and fire cape. Also a fury. I used to get a good 12 kills per trip using overloads + turm. Cant remember if i was using brews or sharks though but pretty sure it was half half.

Also i remember a lot of duo trips where we would get 80+ KC wearing just void/dhide and rune defenders. Me and lalala actually did a 100+ duo trip once both of us wearing Dhide.
