You're right the evidence is there, all I can say is that to me it appears he is referring to clue scrolls and abyss which he mentions in lines above, it has also been cut a lot, so I don't know if it's not just a list of responses.. Meh speculation fail :mellow: :wall:

A good semi-solution would be for the wilderness and free trade to exist only on new worlds accessible by older accounts (1-2 year+).

I would say accounts that were made before 2007, tbh.

On the PKing front, the opposition wouldn't have a leg to stand on if PKing really was kept in seperate worlds, or if players could categorise themselves into the 'No PK' safe zone. Then we really would have no right to complain because it literally would have nothing to do with us.

in terms of the old wildy comeing back, if skillers/clue scrollers etc can go about as now, then thay really dont have anything to complain about.

I wouldn't like it if they made it available to pre 2007 accounts only. The reason being i an play account made in early 2009. Although i do have an eligible account it is a complete noob.

When people dropped items on death, I was a huge fan of getting people killed and claiming their items as my own. Did I need the wealth? No. I was just amused by the process. I am still amused by getting people killed and then watching their gravestone disappear.

 

But I am far from a "dark" player. When free trade was around, I probably gave around 10% of the wealth I ever accumulated to people who needed it.

 

Sometimes, its just fun to watch people die. All this talk of people who "ruin" the community...how? By playing the game the way they want to? The people who ruin the game, just like the people who ruin the world, are the people who invent some type of player morality and then expect everyone to follow those same standards.

He later said he mistyped, and meant the corrupt/PK armour/weapons, i.e. Vesta. Some people were worried about the changes making these items rares due to degradation and no new supply.

If you want to take this to extremes then we could pretty much destroy online competitive Pokemon gaming right now with opposing Shadow Tag Uber Wobbuffets, all in the name of "anti-player morality". I mean, if that's the way I want to play it, who's got the right to stop me? :rolleyes:
