tigershelby2
So, 99 range has been a long term goal of mine, and i would like to put a decent dent in it. So im looking for monsters to power train on, but not chins or anything with a cannon. Im not sure why, i just dont like training with them. Im looking for monsters with lowerish defence. I know yaks, aviansies, and slayer, but i yaks are no fun and avianses are only decent xp. Also, profit does matter, but just not a massive money sink. la la la
You should try chinning. It's only like 1.5 gp/xp with red chins if you do it right. So you're looking at less than a 15m cost for 99 ranged at 1/4 the time of any other viable method.

Articultural
You're not going to find much better XP than aviantese w/o chins or a cannon.

Vex
You want high LP, low defence. I'd recommend Living Rock Creatures in Void. Living rock creatures give 4.5/4.6 xp per 10lp of damage dealt. Which is a 10-12% increase in xp over most other creatures (bar bosses and dragons). Their drops aren't amazing but you won't lose any money, and you will get a few charms. Don't mine their corpses as it's far too slow - and defeats the purpose of power training. If you don't have Void & you plan to get to 99 range without slayer & chinning, then you should really take the few hours to get it. (It's extremely low effort) http://www.[Caution! Sinkhan
Why have you knocked off slayer? FSH + fero is a pretty good combo and there are a good number of creatures that are rangeable. Karil's xbow would probably be your best bet as it combines a great combination of strength, speed (which greatly augments the fero), and accuracy. If not that, I suggest addy darts as they're relatively cheap and tick faster. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
