There should be a "Don't Mind" option, since personally that's how I feel nowadays.

Free Trade and Wilderness is highly bound together. If you just have wilderness, drop trading would give the same results as free trade in the end. If you just have free trade, then yeah everyone would complain.

Free trade only for me...I mean honestly, who is going to benefit off the old wildy returning? Slayer fanatics are gonna lose 3 good hunting spots, chaos tunnels fanatics are gonna lose the best source for waterfiends, even boss hunters are gonna lose out on the kbd/chaos elemental. Free trade is a good welcome back, seeing as I can now be more generous to friends during holidays, but I mean, cmon...

Those who will benefit are those who pray on the unbalanced pking fight. When someone 15+ levels lower than you can click freeze, teleblock, swipe you 2-3X with a ddp++ then finish you off with a godswordin less time than it takes to read this sentence, it's unfair. Yes the wilderness is dangerous, don't bring anything you're not prepared to lose, blahblahblah. There are things in the game you simply can't do without entering the wilderness. Penguins, certain quests, treasure trails, abyss, etc...

BUT, this is Jagex's decision and it will now be part of the game. They're going to (overall) lose more players than they think. Sure plenty left when pking went away, but they lose tons more over time when people quit month over month when people get pissed after being killed by a clan trying to find a frigging penguin. Pking is supposedly so popular, but look at the current pvp and bounty worlds. Consistiently empty.

They're just looking to get a boost in the 11-14 age category. That's the target audience to player-killing. Fine by me. That means less of them in the areas the rest of us will be in.

I would have wanted free trade back only because I don't ever pk. Although now that I think about it now that the waiting is over, I wouldn't have minded. I'm fine with rs as it is.

OK... and your point is that adults don't find PKing enjoyable? I doubt it.

 

There's just as many people your age who enjoy pking as those who enjoy skilling/MHing, etc. And there's just as many little kids who enjoy "skilling" for 99 fletching/cooking as those who make accounts to PK.

 

Also, good to see you have your life sorted out. Those sexual references from 70% of your posts sure sound mature eh?

Let's keep things civil and on topic people. This is a poll on the return of the wilderness and free trade, not on who has a better life.
