If you do something, then SoL spec, then switch, and still have the effect, it's a bug. Doesn't mean you've abused it, but it's undeniably a bug. I don't think Jagex needs to confirm everything, especially if it's fairly obvious. It's understandable that you want to win and get back the money you lost, but cheating is neither the right way nor the safe way to do it. ~It's Super Effective!
