Yoshi999
Hey, I'm currently trying to get to 99 range (I'm 90 now) and also trying to make some money while I'm at it. I haven't been on in awhile and I know blue dragons in ogre enclave use to be pretty good for making cash, but I'm not sure about these days. If anyone has any better ideas and would like to give me some advice on something I could train on and actually make a pretty good profit, please do so :)). Thanks! notasoupbowl
Some faster xp ways but not much profit / maybe small loss:Chinning nechsCannoning walasalkisCannoning aberrant spectres For money, yes blue dragons. Next best is aviansies if you're lazy. Or slayer. Frosties are better but require 85 dng. Personally I did slayer with cannon while meleeing for most of my range xp. Unhesitating
Chinning nechs profits, even if you can't bank the ashes.
purekilljoy
Just slayerCannoning black demons, fire giants, dagsblack demons safespot and use rune darts while cannoning, fire giants just tank with rune darts + cannon, dags cannon + meleeGreater demons - tank with rune darts. For tanking, use regular ranged gear with a bunyip, you don't really need food. Optional ranging - blue drags, gargs I probably forgot something but whatever. Always use rune darts or throwing knives, it is worth the time saved. And train while slaying, the xp stacks up really fast if you tank range almost every task with darts. Yoshi999
Alright, thanks for all your advice.. It sounds good, I think I might stick with blue dragons for a little while to make money then switch to something else that is faster. THanks!!! jrkerr
you got 94 mage so... thats enough mage def to solo kree. rune cbow + addy bolt for kc - collect noted addy bars and either sell or make more ammo.

What is this i don't even...he's asking for good ways to train range, not if he can solo Kree. OT: go chin nechs/monkeys, get 99 range with that. Then go kill blues if you still want cash. Cannon them in the resource dungeon if you can. If you can't afford to do monkeys and don't have 80 slayer for nechs spend a week doing herb runs 8 times a day along with dailies and MTK. You'll then have 20+ mil to blow on chins. I'm not sure which would take longer, but I would argue that getting a chaotic weapon + unlocking frosts would be more beneficial to you in the long run. If you decide to go for 85 dungeoneering, check out my signature. /end shameless advertising. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
Th e Doctor
+1 for the above suggestion Armadyl Drops : 4 Hilts; 3 Chestplates; 2 Chainskirts; 1 Helmet; 1 Buckler; 2 Shard 1; 2 Shard 2; 1 Shard 3Nex : 1 Zaryte BowKalphite King : 1 Drygore Rapier ; 1 Drygore Longsword : 1 Drygore Offhand Rapier : 1 Drygore Offhand Longsword
jrkerr
What is this i don't even...he's asking for good ways to train range, not if he can solo Kree. Um... i did 20m of my 40m rng xp w/ a rune cbow and addy bolts on avis to get killcount for kree solos.avis drop addy bars you can use to make more addy bolts, so that aspect of gwd grinding allows forabsolutely no loss in money, and with some persistence and luck becomes more profitable than anyother pursuit for which range is best suited. there is nothing else in runescape you -have- to range.instances where like... its best to range KQ's 2nd form... well... you can keep hitting her with keris.etc. so... troll me more?I still gave the best advice and I win. Quyneax
It's more efficient to get 99 ranged (by chinning) THEN solo Kree'arra. And even so, it'd probably be better to train ranged at frost dragons due to being approximately five times as much xp. I could care less about getting a rise out of you. I do care to correct your bad advice. Aviansies and kree are terrible exp/hr and money. Both of the ways Q listed are vastly superior. That sounds pretty interesting..I've actually never done that due to I just started back in December, and also before I left God Wars wasn't out. Is there a good guide on soloing or any of you guys got any tips? I got approximately 5m to work with (I know pretty low) and I've got full void range. Hegelstad
Jrkerrs suggestion is bad and outdated, really bad exp and bad profit. Bladewing
chinning nechs or cannoning black demons and banking ashes with tort (if you have the agility shortcut) would both be better xp and gp per hour than soloing arma with your stats jr kerr is wrong because he is from texas How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
