Resistance
Archi did that not me. I made a little table. I wanted Archi Gave meThe police to start arresting corrupt individuals. - Archi sent a load of politicians around with death squadsI wanted to execute corrupt individuals in the way the Chinese government normally do. By giving them a trial. -Archi sent death squads to kill random people who had no link to corruption. The police to do there job -Nothing, apparently the police that are specifically designed to deal with this type of threat and do it autonomously must have the top politicians permissionTo have a social life -Archi says I must play every day or my country disspearsMy people to react realistically 100% of the country decided to riot because a couple of people got arrested. - Oh wait, Archi read that as 2,000,000 got killed. -- I'm not interested in playing a game thats obviously got a moderator who isn't moderating realistically. The_Mather1
Japan sends an envoy of examiners to Indonesia, upon arriving they begin going through the government archives. They quickly uncover evidence of what seems to be attempts to distrupt world peace through distribution of subjective and falsified reports on other nations. Some of the reports contain data from efforts made by other nations where information has been left out to provide the documents with an angle where other nations seem to be acting out of aggression whereas with the full information the acts seem to be of defence. They also find evidence of the Indonesian government contacting Vietnam with intentions of entering an allience, despite Vietnam currently attacking China. The Japanese government requests that Indonesian reports be banned on a global scale until such a time where they can be filtered by an international, neutral medium. The_Mather1
Actually, that investigation is pretty much a comparison of Rocco's announcements compared to the truth. And I just sent the investigators because they are not an act of war, but him killing them would be. So what I'm doing is to force him to either take the consequences of him intentionally distorting the truth to mess with others or to open a window where I can bury him so deep digging up might drown him in oil. Icuownage
Most of what he says is OOC so it really can't be acted upon. Germany asks that no one else gets involved with the China situation, it is beyond unstable, and quite frankly will lead to many deaths if you keep picking at it. Aid should be sent when the government officials are dealt with. Also OOC --- > Resistance, you're the one playing the game weird/wrong, no one else is saying what is happening to you is unfair or unrealistic, cause that is probably what would happen if you sent your officials out to get rid of corruption when they are corrupt themselves. Just stop being an idiot. archimage_a
Japan:Japan begrudging, with some minor rioting, sent some 200,000 soldiers onto military transports and dispatched them for Mainland China, with a mandate to re-establishing Chinese Control. However, Republic of China aircraft intercepted and bombed three transports, killing 9,000 troops. The Admiral in charge of the operation ordered the retreat as it was felt that attempting to break Republic Air Superiority would lead to an unacceptable loss of life.At home the Japanese people were appalled at the loss of life and demanded an apology from the Republic of China, which was given in due course.Virtually no one in Japan wants more killing, though relations between Japan and the Republic of China have dropped considerably. Japanese Envoys were also deported from Indonesia after they attempted to break into government buildings and steal classified documents. Indonesian news reporters have called this a gross act of espionage and demanded 50 Billion Dollars in reparations. The international community largely agree that Japan was in the wrong, and while some extremist newspapers hang a question mark over Indonesia's intentions, the wider community are ambivalent, neither trusting or not trusting Indonesia(default position). Indonesia:Having arrested and deported Japanese Envoys, relations with Japan have all but collapsed. Calls for a preemptive strike against Japan are intensifying. However, the increasing militaristic and interventionist attitude has scared off the Malaysian Government in alliance negotiations, as they are unwilling to commit to an alliance with a country which may bring down the might of whoever they have a problem with at the time. Set against this Brazilian investigators have been trawling through Indonesian records. There was a minor altercation when a large underground silo was discovered in the middle of Borneo, however this was later confirmed as a 'Net-Farm' testing site that was being built over the next few years. The idea being that Genetically modified crops could be tested in a large tank without risk of GM crops getting out and mutating the local wildlife. There was further altercation when the Indonesian's searched the Brazilian investigators and found that he had taken some of the research documents. He has been arrested and is awaiting trials in Indonesia for Espionage. It is unknown if Brazil will attempt to free the man. A group in Australia took Chinese reports as true and blew up several buses in Indonesia in retaliation for the murders of Gary and Claire Antoine. The Australian Government has publically apologised and condemned the terrorist attacks. Outside of this Indonesian Newspapers ran stories relating to China's killing of international persons, there was no real effect as this was already widely suspected. Germany:Germany has begun a massive construction program in Berlin, which is causing some minor disruptions to the transport network, though nothing too significant. In Southern Germany, the Black Forest to be precise, a study of weather patterns is underway. Italy:Italy has cut back on the 'Go Green' policy, which has annoyed less people, but reduced this years carbon cut to only 200 Carbon Units.Fly overs of China have taken place, dropping food and basic survival supplies. There were no significant incidents with this. Brazil:Brazilian inspectors have gone over Indonesian files with a fine tooth comb, finding no records of death camps or any such areas. They did however find a large silo hidden on the Island of Borneo, the Indonesian Government later revealed that this was a top secret 'Net Farm' Research lab, which the lead inspector, Dr Pala, was highly skeptical of, and requested files on the 'Net-Farm' Research so he could check them over. After a week the files were returned, but copies were found in a clearly marked 'Diplomatic Bag' which was to be sent back to Brazil. Dr Pala was then arrested and detained awaiting trial for Espionage. The remaining Investigators were accompanied by Indonesian Agents until they were ready to leave, where they were thoroughly searched before being sent home.Brazil has been largely silence on the issue, aghast that Indonesia would search the diplomatic bag, a clear breech of diplomatic immunity, but embaressed by their own Agent's crime. It has been suggested that Dr Pala was working for the Government, though these views are more prevalent abroad than at home. Brazil has received the go ahead to land aid and supplies from everyone involved in China, except the PRC. Some Medics and supplies have been dispatched under international law. The Brazilian 'Save the Amazon' Program has finally started to yeild results, with a 12,000 Carbon Unit reduction in Emissions. It is expected that this reduction will grow as biodiversity increases. Brazil has launched two massive investment schemes into Bolivia and Columbia, ones which dwarf local industry be a considerable margin. The Bolivian Government put a freeze on investment when the new industries began stripping workers away from older industries. Meaning Brazil controlled only 26% of the Industry in exchange for $4,987,320,000.While the Colombian Government more or less ignored this, allowing Brazil to control 33% of their Industry, in exchange for $141,554,500,000 Columbia, chasing the money, has agreed to share defensive information with Brazil, while Bolivia has threatened continue to the ban on investment for the next 20 years, and to tax Brazilian Investment at 50% when it is allowed again, if the summary demands for military reports are sent again. While Bolivia may be overstating their position slightly it is certainly true that they are not simply going to roll over. This debacle in regional politics has hit Brazil's world presence for -2, and caused Argentina to reject an offer of alliance, as well as bringing the whole thing into the public domain, rather than private. South Africa:Aside from keeping a lively blog and twitter account, reporting on the Chinese Civil War(+1 World Presence and Moral Standing), South Africa has done nothing of note this year. China:There has been a minor increase in rebellious sentiment due to foreign agitation, though it is rather small. China has released numerous documents on Indonesian War Crimes, though they have been thoroughly disregarded by most of the international community (Players were more disbelieving than believing so...). The Emperor marshaled forces, but there were gaping holes due to the Japanese troops not arriving, these were filled by local Warlord troops loyal to the Emperor. The Media has begun broadcasting overt propaganda, which has had little effect due to general power cuts across China. There has been sporadic reports of violence in and around Bejing due to the Emperor's guard forcing people back to work, treating sick people as dissenters and beating them, as well as forcing people to work for no money. Many of the warlords have pledged allegiance to the Emperor, with various conditions attached, such as autonomy for their lands and independent paramilitaries. (Purple is loyal on the map)There have also been negotiations with India, Russia, Burma and Vietnam who have a list of demands:Russia demands all Chinese Territory north of the 41st Parallel North.India demands the annexation of the territory they currently occupy, and the Independence of Tibet.Burma asks for 300 Billion Dollars in reward for holding the territory from India.Vietnam asks for Hong Kong and 200 Billion Dollars in reward for holding off the Republic of China. Tibet will only agree to full independence of their country. The Republic of China is unwilling to negotiation at this time, unless you offer unconditional surrender. Tibet has made vast strides in the West thanks to anonymous military aid, and local deals with Chinese Warlords. GDP analysis's say that China as a whole has lost 2 Trillion(so 3.7 total remaining) due to deaths, destruction and lack of organisation, with:Loyalist territories controlling 1.9 TrillionTibet controlling 0.8 TrillionRussia controlling 0.4 TrillionBurma controlling 0.2 TrillionVietnam controlling 0.3 TrillionIndia controlling 0.1 Trillion The available military strength, on aggregate:Loyalist 100Tibet 80Russia 450Burma 30Vietnam 30India 220 Remembering that China has been at war with itself for 3 years now, so gangs, soldiers and paramilitaries...all the highly trained fighters, have either been killed or wounded. America:Demolishes the UN building, fortunately it was abandoned 3 years ago so no one was hurt.American troops are deployed to South Korea and begin fighting the North Koreans, holding the line. Other World Events:Russia has tested a nuclear bomb and is now nuclear capable. [hide][/hide] http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts. The_Mather1
upon arriving they begin going through the government archives. So that's a big [bleep] off to the Indonesian news reporters. Also in what nation are published reports and their sources classified? Are the different parts of China considdered parts of the nation in control or seperate puppet states? Japan informs the Indonesian government that any further press releases intended to put to question the leadership of any nation other than their own will be considdered an act of global terrorism. And that an enforced change of regime would be the only approporiate response. Vietnam is asked if they'd accept the 200 billion but instead of Hong Kong, aid in building a megacity of their own.
