Which should I get. I have 300M I'm willing to spend on either, maybe a little more if I need too, but which do you recommend for my level, Overloads, or Turm?

focus on getting your all around stats up first before you go for a higher level skill goal.

Your summoning is 5... get that up.

 

 

... You haven't even done Doric's quest... simple f2p quests. Focus on getting these basics done before getting the levels.

 

You can't possible have a good use for 95 prayer in your current situation. Get overloads then.

I have a main. I DO NOT RWT. I just don't post my main's name either because of the "drama" like show your main, or people asking for money. Alright, ya I'll focus on my other stats first I guess. Thx Brown Kid.

Also, if you could help me out, what does Turmoil do? I know it makes your strength go up to 32% but it isn't instant right? Is Piety instant? Like when I click Piety does it automatically make my strength go up 23% (I know it doesn't show, but is its affect instant?)

My main (ex main except for money) is Link2 55 btw. He is now F2P because my new account/current account is P2P.

Turmoil boosts str by 23% + 10% of opponent's str, and atk and def by 15% + 10% of opponent's atk and def lvls.

Piety is instant, and turmoil I think is but I'm not so sure if the bonus from the monster is or not. Best to let someone who has it tell you that.

 

Also, you can view the bonuses prayers are giving you by a button/hide tag (not sure what to call it) at the bottom of your prayer tab.

 

 

Turmoil is not instant like Piety, but it is undoubtedly better. After the first hit of the monster you're attacking, it determines the boost.

Don't waste your money until you get the basic quests done first.

It sounds kind of fishy - nobody on Tip.It is going to harass you for money if you post up your main... :blink:

 

Anyhow, I'd definitely get most of my basic skills/quests/items sorted out first.

Then I'd work on getting those "extra" goodies (for lack of a better word).

 

I think(?) that you should go get 70 prayer then go for extremes/overloads then turmoil. This is if you're going to train slayer (I'm not 100% sure on boss hunting). Piety is supposedly the best thing to have on most slayer tasks - so just get that and then work on extremes/overloads.

Turmoil is not instant like Piety, but it is undoubtedly better. After the first hit of the monster you're attacking, it determines the boost.

 

One thing to note is that for tasks where the monster only mage/range - I don't think you get the atk/str boost. Only the defensive boosts - I don't know how common it is that you get these tasks but I guess it's just something to note.

it would really help us if you posted teh stats of your main. Cant really answer the question with out the name of your main. Extremes then turmoil get ovl after you have maxed atleast your melee stats.

God I missed that post thanx last. With your stats get piety(70 pray) then extremes get your combat stats to 90 then get turmoil.

IMO I think its better if you got 92 herb and 70 prayer and spend the rest of the money on skills and gear to make some more cash for 95 prayer.

Do you want to PvP? If so then Turm, obviously.

 

Otherwise go overload if wishing to do GWD or other bossing...
