96 Herblore or 95 Prayer?

On the topic of turmoil: You can get 29.9-32.9-29.9 percent boost at max melees fighting other max melees, but at lower levels you can get much higher. I used to get 32-35-32 or something and Brunokiller posted a picture of his turmoil pure getting like +60% defence.

On waterfiends and aquanites (who have 1 strength and attack) you get only the plain 15% attack and 23% strength boost which is 5% less attack than piety. You do get more defence and turmoil drains only 3/4th of what piety drains (and you get soul split to heal with which is important for both).

Usually you would keep turmoil on and get the full boost most of the time, but when switching over to a new monster you will see your displayed boost go down to the base 15-23-15. I do not know whether this is just a display issue or if it actually affects your hits. It should probably be tested.

^I think a perfect brown stew can do the trick. Once you get it, You can just keep logging to lobby to reset the 60 second timer.

To be 90% sure you get a +6 bonus you'd need to go through 287 stews.

Or just get it right the first time. :D

It doesn't work like that, my friend. There's a percentage chance of which boost you get. +6 are very rare, +5 are a lot more common.

He be trollin'

But yeah, I'd suggest Extremes, then turmoil, then later overloads. And when you get ovls, get 92 herblore. I have 87 herblore, and i've been trying to get a +5 boost for the seer's elite diary. And even that has been nightmareish(Have gone though 20 brown spiceshakers already). I can't imagine what trying to get a +6 boost is like.

But you should at least become a decent account first... Get the necessities like barrows gloves, and a decent amount of quests done. It may not seem like it but quests can really teach you a lot about how the game's mechanics work.

And how much is it from 90 herb to 92? Its a ridicules amount of cash that could be used on prayer. I doubt it would take longer to get a +6 boots than it would to train herb from 90 to 92 anyway, its just a bit cheaper.

But anyhow, its his choice.

Get 90 herb (so you can stew to 96 and make overloads that way) and spent the rest on prayer. Simple as that.

too bad a +6 boost is 1/500000 rate (on a good day)

get 84 herb and 95 prayer

It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Everything you've said is 100% accurate a true.

That being said...your a [bleep]ing [bleep] douchebag, and none of your advice will ever (or should ever) be taken seriously because of it.

disregard good advice because the giver is a douche

THAT MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON

Or you can get 91, and get a +5 boost, which are WAY more common than a +6. Trying for a +6 isn't worth it in any case.

EDIT: Also, the quote chain got messed up when you quoted, Snowpelt. I didn't say "or just get it right the first time", that was the person before me.

300mil?

Get both.

You just need to learn to spend wisely and train at a moderate pace.
