Merchanting clans will do nothing but slowly sap you of your month in the long run.

 

Without knowing your stats, though I assume you are at least lvl 10 combat, kill chickens and sell their feathers. Otherwise, without knowing much more we can't help you.

 

Just stay away from clans.

Solo flip on g.e is simple and safe, you should get there within a couple of weeks with the right experience.

40 mil is about 714 snapdragon seeds (give or take). With a scroll of life and jujus this will total around 785 seeds at 8.8 herbs per seed including deaths you will have 6908 snapdragons. With a scroll of cleansing this will bring you to about 7702 snapdragon unf pots. These selling at about 11 k each will net you 84 mil or 44 mil profit. Do other money makers while you farm said herbs or do dungeoneering.

Umm 718/5=143*1.5=210 hours if all you did was watch your crops.

Not sure what the numbers you just posted mean but my point was that lending out weapons is likely a better passive money maker then farming.

 

Stopped reading here, this is totally false. Maybe farming alone isn't the best way to make the money, but you should certainly farm on the side. I make 500k per day farming easily and it takes only a trivial amount of time. Wake up in the morning, herb run, log off, school. Get back from class, herb run, log off. Go out for a bit, come back to my room, herb run, log off. And so on.

 

See, even if you play runescape for only an hour a day total you can make a lot of money from farming. I would also argue that instead of dropping 30m into an item to lend, it only takes smaller chunks of cash at a time which leaves him open to flipping his remaining cash which will be more total profit in the long term.

Firstly, let me say that it would be foolish to sink all 40m into seeds, so lets assume that he buys seeds 100 at a time and farms then off. This leaves plenty of cash for flipping or whatever.

 

Logging in six times per day for a total of half an hour per day will allow him to farm 30 seeds per day. This will result in 323 unfinished snap potions per day, worth 3.5m and profiting 2060k, assuming scroll of life, juju potions and scroll of cleansing.

 

Also, logging in six time per day for farming runs is much easier then you might expect, I personally sometimes log in up to ten times per day for herb runs, it really just becomes habit.

 

Okay, back to the math. So this six runs per day would profit 2060k per 30 seeds. That means in a week he would make 14.4m with this method. In a month, this combined with MTK would result in his 100m.

 

All this is assuming he does NOTHING else whatsoever to make money, only playing for 30-40 mins per day. If he cared to spend an hour a day moneymaking at 2m/h (a very low rate), he would have his 100m in two weeks. This would be even faster if he did dalies.

 

If we compare that to item lending, then yes, item lending will be slower.

 

Edit: As a comparison, in ten days of herb farming with this method he would have profited 20.6m. In ten days of item lending with your method he would have profited 5m if he can lend for 500k/24h (which is generous).

Give it to me, then my bank will be 100m+
