Is barrows an efficient way to make money with my stats. If not are there any suggestions?

in that case in addition to what i said before, bring a torag legs/dragon legs

 

I would recommend doing wither ice burst or fire surge AND snare the melees since you have low prayer

What is this? You can't just say everybody when not everybody does it. My mate barrages it all and he usually profits 2-6mil/hr doing that.

It depends really on how you want to do barrows. Staying there for a long time you would want to use ancients at your level the choice between barraging and blitzing is really personal. If you can get yourself a set of Guthan's you could stay at barrows for many, many chests per trips with limited need for prayer. Having said this at your slightly lower defence level you would probably wish to pray against Karil as he can hit fairly well against lower defence levels. Also considering your low level in range and therefore inability to wear high mage defence armour I would also suggest praying for Ahrim. So considering this use of prayer per trip I would probably recommend using fire surge for slightly quicker chests but fewer per run. When using fire surge pray against dharok killing him with mage. Then sip some Super Attack and Super strength and whip Karil then continue on to Ahrim (the last brother you'll pray on) spec him out with your potted stats hopefully killing him before he can damage your defence level. Super pot your defence up and move onto Verac -> Guthan -> Torag. Then continue down the tunnels and loot the chest. With this method and your stats you could probably manage 2 - 4 chests per trip. If you feel more confident against Ahrim you can kill him last so that he doesn't badly affect your defence level for the other brothers. I would recommend using most of Verac's set for the second method possibly with Ahrim's top for some extra mage offence (which to be honest you won't really need at 99 Mage).

 

EDIT: In regards to the money made at your levels it could be upwards from 700K an hour depending on your luck and the spells you use. As a final point I would recommend getting 70 range soon. :)

Since you lack the stats to go all melee (which is not the fastest method either), and your ranged level sucks, you will need to go mage (so far so good :P).

 

I would recommend the saladmander + barrage method unless you got a staff of light/chaotic staff, arcane stream necklace and perhaps extreme magic pots. If you got that just barrage the lot.

 

If going all-out mage just wear max mage with a tanking piece or two (helmet & shield for example) to help a bit in the tunnels/when you mess up. You can switch to whip to kill Ahrim and barrage Karil, or whip Karil as well. Either way, do Ahrim after Karil if you melee the latter as Ahrim curses you. Clawing out Ahrim works well.

 

If you have it, void works well as you can bring the helmet for a little more power on Karil & Ahrim.

So i would wear my melee void set?

Void melee, yes. Bringing the mage hat is not crucial but it works as well, don't bother getting it if you don't have it really. Bring a good shield for some defence (tunnels).
