Trolling is saying something ridiculous or insensitive to incite a reaction, or to waste someone's time. Thank you for clearing that up for me!! Yeah, try to avoid those two and have a bit of common sense and you'll do great here. Granted, the general demographic of General Discussion can't seem to follow that much.(Read: 13-16 year olds.) If you really have something to say about how they should be working things out, don't insult them, they're probably going to disregard it; they know they're going to look like the bad guys anyway. Besides, deleting posts harshly criticizing them makes them look worse than not doing so, and they've probably noticed, so maybe they're actually doing it for moderation purposes rather than to heal their egos. Of course, you might disagree with their ways, but if they follow your advice, someone will probably disagree with it too. Unless your opinion is more important, then it seems normal to me that mods would do as they see fit. Remember that, just like in government, when you feel something is a complete non-issue and yet authorities seem to be stuck on it, you're probably not looking at the whole of the problem. They don't have the new guides up yet and they have nothing for dungoneering at all. They also don't have a bestiary or an items database. (which I use constantly) I mean don't get me wrong they have ok guides and stuff but I just prefer Tip.It because you have everything in one location and they're so good about linking stuff. IE If I'm doing slayer and I look up the monster in the bestiary and there's an item I don't know anything about generally they have it set up where you can click on certian things and it takes you straight to that place. Trolling and flaming could be considered spamming, as could needless advertising.
