If you have no intentions of playing B.A for a long time/for other skills - you can always try ape atoll

Bring some summer pies - and you'll be fine.

Agility potion, 2+ boost, cheap.

Ape Atoll is 54 k exp/hr max at no fail rate (75 agil) you're looking at around 40-45 k exp/hr at 69 agility. I'd opt for ape atoll over wildy.

 

Efficient advice imminent: Don't go to blue dragons for prayer levels, green dragons in the chaos tunnels are much faster and max at over 2 mil an hour. Also you don't need to train agility to reach them.

Bring a war tort, prayer gear, and piety the whole time. Use extreme potions if you have them.
