cowmaster187
ok so i have read a few guides both tip.its and a few others. i was wondering should i use ext pots while i fight him. i imagine yes but i am just not sure how badly the brews will affect that having not used them heavily before. also what is the difference between super and regular restores? ~~~legoman187~~~ Clicky siggy for blogThanks Pendonub for fancy new sigThieving guide[WIP]Loyal player since May 2005 and member since November 2005 and Tifer for many years~~~legoman187~~~
GlowinRedM
With how many brews you have to use your better off using boosting prayers than potting IMO The corp beast, is, well, just a corp beast. Sy_Accursed
With the relative chaos of potting, attacking and dodging at nomad anyway I'd say extra pots are a waste. Especially since brews and restores are gonna muck them up anyway. Quyneax
The only pot worth using is overload, imo. Though you should pot extreme attack + strength at the bank (replace with brews) and start the fight off with bgs or claw specs. Cheat
Well the difference is obvious super restore, restores your stats by more. I think its something like 1 normal rest dose for every 2 sara dose and 1 super rest dose for every 3 sara doses. Basically use super restores unless your very poor. By the way my numbers might be slightly off so don't take them as gospel. Pedicabo ego vos et irrumaboMinigames: Level 5 in All Barbarian Assault Roles PM me in game or on these forums to play. Octarine
Super restores restore prayer and summoning points tooThink its praylevel*0.33 points per dose of super rest (so pretty much the same as one prayer pot dose) Due to the pretty much constant drinking of brews/rests at nomad, you can afford to go nuts with prayer (I found having pretty much all leeches on worked a treat) and you'll pretty much always be at near full prayer points i.e. you wont have to worry about prayer useage Blog of DG, Bossing (mostly Glacors) and stuff - Runetrack Play Safe! - Got useful information for the tip.it website? Oggymasta
I just done it (like 30 min ago) in 3 tries.. 1st to check and see how it goes.. 2nd to get a shot at dodging the 750lp attack..and 3rd to perfect it.. His attacks are magic based, so i used karils bottom and black dhide top, berserker helmet, barrows gloves, d-boots, glory, ring of recoil(didnt work.. thought it might lol) and trimmed hp cloak. also brought 300 diamond (e)'s + rune vrossbow wfor when he freezes you.other then that i brought a war tortoise filled with sara brews (18 4 dose pots) 10-11 super restore pots. then i brought another fire titan pouch + scrolls to heal me whenever my turtle was empty.. for the rest use >3< sips of sara against >1< sip of super restore this worked for me, also leave piety on non stop and on the last 20% when he uses dagger speed attacks protect from melee, this works here.. does NOT work during the fight only on 20% good luck! Current drops: 4 Shield Left Half, 3 Abyssal Whip, 2 Dragon Platelegs, 1 Dragon Plateskirt, 4 Dragon Medium Helmets, 1 Dragon Spear 1 Dark Bow

By the way my numbers might be slightly off so don't take them as gospel. This is wrong. Regular restores restore more per dose. Super restores restore prayer and summoning as well as other stats that regulars don't effect. You can restore all the attack/str/def stats lost from 4 doses of brew with one dose of regular restore. For super restores its only 3 doses of brew.
