MysteriousWaters
Go for 95, the money that you would spend on the mature ale will add up to be a considerable amount.

Runecrafts
or get the brown spices and use them between 92-94, shouldnt be hard to get a 2-4 boost and they are free. Aslan
That's the problem. Cat are raised not grown(reminds me of My Arm quest. Trying to farm a goat). Leave the cat out and feed it every 5 minutes with cheap stuff such as shrimp. You can do 2 inventories of overs in a minute(I did overs like that for 92-96).I had a bank pin so I had to use the pin option to open the bank everytime I logged back in. Aslan
Not really you just have to keep the cat out for a few hours.I used to skill while growing it.Would make it seem worth it. Just keep the PIN then.Removing it won't speed up over making that much.
Wkw
Getting a +3 or +4 with a stew is not hard Without a bank pin, you can make two invs of overloads (8) in under a minute Runescape player since 2005 Ego Sum Deus Quo Malum Caligo et Barathum
Esb
As said, logging out after every inventory is good. You save the boost. However, sometimes game ticks aren't in good mood and you might lose the lvl. I suggest you to get 95 (because you'll want 99 herblore sometime) and try getting a few stews. +3 herblore boost from brown spice stew is very common. Not rare at all. I've done over 25 k herbs into unf pots in the last two weeks and they have produced 12.5% more unf pots than starting herbs, slightly higher in fact at 12.517%. Quyneax
I'd make overloads from 92 to 99 herblore, maybe 93-99. Ideally you'd have the extremes done before that, so no pray pots made from 83 onwards. Wkw
The only way you should train from 92+ is overloads. If not overloads, then make the potions you need for overloads... then make overloads Runescape player since 2005 Ego Sum Deus Quo Malum Caligo et Barathum

Nifflin
In the long run that will hurt you, you should only be making untradeable potions. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.
