It's sort of like the difference between Constitution and HP: you have both some current number of points, and a level.
June 13, 201115 yr Yeah I did very clearly say no BASE LEVEL boosters. All the prayer boosters are either equipment bonus that slows drain rate OR prayer points that, in some cases, take you beyond max; but nothing that actually boosts the base level and thus allows you to use higher level items. June 13, 201115 yr If there were a summoning boost, then it would be just that, a boost. Extra points. The pool that boosts prayer just gives you some extra points. You can't use higher prayers, and the points don't decrease unless you use prayer. That is how the summoning boost would work.
