Mu Online had its moments.......as did Conquer Online.

Maplestory is alright. I wouldnt put it in the same league as RS though. Its very much a fighting/questing MMO. It is worthwhile if you stick at it but you cant do alot until you are level 10+. Which, in RS doesnt seem alot but, is harder than it sounds. I only reached level 20 with about 1 month playing.

 

 

 

I like the graphics despite them being a little hard on the eyes.

 

 

 

It has a nice game system (start off on a beginner island, move to actual game land, recieve a job, lvl, get 2nd advancement* in job).Each job has its special characteristic.

 

 

 

Mages hit from afar or can be support but have low defence.

 

 

 

Fighters hit from melee, have high defence but low MP.

 

 

 

Rangers hit from far, have an all-round defence but slightly weak.

 

 

 

Thieves hit from melee OR range, fairly weak armour but have advantages of sneaking past enemies not worth fighting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Fighter which goes to either: Page, Spearman or Knight.

 

 

 

Mage which goes to either: Fire/Poison mage, Ice/Lightning mage or Cleric

 

 

 

Ranger which goes to either: Bowman or Sniper (crossbow)

 

 

 

Thief which goes to either: Bandit or Assassin.

To review Odfus real fast in the few days i have played. Pretty fun game, classes are pretty balanced i must admit. The stratedgy of the game is sweet i give it mad props for that. Sometimes it can be a little hard because you are not sure what to do alot, and there isn't that much content so i can actually see it getting boring after a while. Great game though, everyone should try it.

PristonTale - bloody awesome, free till lv 40 on the en version, but free for all lv on jap and another, just can't remember atm.

I've tried out KnightOnline a little bit before. The graphics are great for a free MMORPG, but the gameplay is more repetitive than RS (yes it's possible), the quests are BORING, and I got disconnected often. Those things led me to return to RS.

Anyone heard of Ogame. Cant rember the Url (havent played in yonks), apparently it beats Rs as most played online game...

hehe i played neopets... till the froze me for sharing an account :roll: and using multiple accounts on a later made account, when that was the only one i had. :roll: EVIL! maplestory is also a pretty good game, havent played it in a while though. :(
