I got pushed back a few steps in my clue, thankfully I could still complete it. Sorry about your dragon task!

 

I got a lot done today! Lots of quests and levels :) To start off the day, I was 3k xp from 57 slayer. To fix that, I did the quest Wanted! and got the level. Then, thanks to my friend Oddish DIY, I did Eyes of Gloughprie and Path of Gloughphrie for the 20k slayer xp reward on the second one. This got me 58 slayer (cave horrors!), and a few other levels! Plus access to warped stuff. After that, I had to do 3 more quests to get access to cave horrors - Zogre Flesh Eaters, Rum Deal, and Cabin Fever. After a few hours of questing, they were all done! I got a lot of levels in the middle of that, but I'll just list them all at the end.

 

After all of that questing fun, it was FINALLY time to go kill some cave horrors. Overall, I killed about 200 tonight with no mask luck. However, I did get a long bone, and 40 clean toadflax off the rare drop table. Would've rather it'd been a black mask, but oh well. In the middle of that, Runar came in and got two mask drops, almost in a row! Very lucky, but he deserved it :) Also got 80 combat in the midst somewhere.

 

Also, I got my first hard clue during my cave horror killing spree! Luckily, it was fast, easy, and doable. The reward was great - RUNE CROSSBOW, rune plate, rune long, zammy arrows and gp! If only I had some bolts to use the crossbow with :(

Lots of progress today :) Started off the day with a BLACK MASK DROP! Slayer will be lots faster now :)

After that, I decided to get 60 magic and go get a god spell. I picked sara because I need the two items to get the holy cithara. That was quick and easy :) After that, I went and did a bit of questing, finishing the Temple of Ikov and the Digsite quest. Nice 11k range and 15k mining xp rewards :)

 

Also had a bit of skilling today, levels at bottom of post. I was doing Spirit of Summer so I could do Summer's End and get the spirit shield, but I had to wait for a limpwurt to grow. So, I decided to go finish the medium fremenik tasks. On the last task, kill an Ice troll with yak armor, I got a granite shield drop! This is almost identical to a spirit shield, so I just kept that and decided to wait to finish the quests later. Finished the night off by starting my Lesser Demon task.

Short and boring update, but it was a short and boring day! Just did slayer - got 60 Def (all melees 60+!) 62 str and 63 HP. Lesser demons, and halfway through warped tortises.

 

 

 

 

Since I didn't entertain you guys much, I decided to give you guys my drops tab. I alched everything below mithril though.

Couple days with no update, sorry guys! Not much has happened though, just a bunch of slayer levels. I'll list them all at the bottom. I wish I would've started keeping track of how many levels I get in a certain skill, but oh well. At my banshees task, I got a dragonstone drop! Just a couple more crafting levels and one more magic level until I can reliably boost to a ring of wealth :)

I also got a blue dragon task, and I wanted to mage them so I did Family Crest for the gauntlets. The dragons are great, weak to mage with good drops. However, after I used up my 1.2k chaos runes, range was doing terrible on them so I skipped the task. I'm almost 85 combat, for smoking kills, so I won't be able to skip much but I'll have a Slayer Helmet and Broad Bolts :D

Today I had a jelly task, which was amazing! I got 3 rune helmets, and an EFFIGY! Super lucky there. Also, I got a level 3 clue. I'm on the third step, but it's in Lleyta so I need to do Underground pass, Regicide, Roving Elves and start MEP1... not so bad, lots of useful quests :)

 

Also got 60 slayer (good herblore training, mystic bottoms!) and 65 strength. After 65 attack, I can go get a dragon defender, and I'll also be around 85 combat so biiiig slayer upgrades coming up :)

Internet crashed, so full update tomorrow! I did cross a lot of the things off of the list in the last post though :)

So here's yesterday's update! Hopefully I'll remember everything...

 

Started off the day getting [unexpectedly] 1400 total :D Was a good surprise, haven't been paying attention to total level or xp lately. I'm about 7.5m total xp.

After that, I got my crafting and magic up enough to make my ring of wealth :) On my first task after I made it, cave horrors, I had to forget it, of course.

Next up on the list was a series of elf quests! First was underground pass, which was easy. Next up was Regicide, after waiting for an hour and a half to get the message -.- It kind of made me sad how easy and quick Regicide was, I remember it was a big undertaking on my main 4-5 years ago. After that was an even shorter and easier quest, Roving Elves. Note on the reward screen for Regicide and Roving elves, they both say I have 199qp. I actually have 200.

Somewhere in that mix, I also got 55 prayer, which will be good for spirit shields. I might finish those today, or do swan song, or just quest.

Today was a full slayer-day, with a bit of luck too :)

 

Had turoths, infernal mages and something else. I got a clue scroll from turoths, which led me to waste about an hour and a half doing the beta clue thing. Basically, if you have a casket from a clue, you can import your save from the beta and open it. You can see the reward, and then log out and re-import your save to have the casket again. It wipes out all the previous reward, so there's no benefit to it and it's not a glitch or bug, just fun to see tons of different clue rewards. I did this for an hour and a half. Got a few good things, zammy page being the most valuable. Got stuff like a guthix/sara plate, all three god dragonhide bodies, capes, etc. Only 2 god book pages. This clue had the most 'stuff' in it...

Probably opened around 100, and nothing amazing. It actually seemed pretty bad, getting a ton of junk clues worth less than 30k.

 

When I finally completed the clue for real, in the real game, for keeps, I was very pleasantly surprised! Got a very nice shield upgrade, along with it looking great, and a rune hatchet! I can do legends and wc more effectively :D

Short but sweet night tonight! Just started my Bronze dragons task, and got 62 defence, giving me 85 combat :) I could finally do Smoking Kills! So, went and did it :)

Sorry for a boring update, but only played like 90 minutes total the last couple days. Finished up my first 4 tasks from the canifis guy, and my first points task (130 crawling hands >.>) Did a medium clue, and got runes, lobsters, planks and scrolls... And then got assigned 150 jungle horrors! Joy.

 

I know I got a construction level from SOF, and some other random level too.

Dunno if anybody noticed, but I've been gone for 4 days! I thought I left a note here, but guess I forgot. I went to Colorado to see my girlfriend, for the first time in 3 months :) It was a lot of fun.

 

Now that I'm back, I can get back to my DIY account starting tomorrow! I want to get 70 range for my black hide, getting a bit tired of green/blue haha.

119 blue dragons, for which I need a buttload of chaos runes, and that means off to barrows!

Bit of a slow and boring day today... Started off by maging about 7-8 barrows runs - long, slow, and no drops. Racked up about 1k chaos runes though. so I set off to do blues. When I left, I had about 1.1k chaos, and 900 death/bloods. I actually started off ranging the dragons with rune arrows from fire giants, and that worked very well. I quickly ran out after about 20 kills though, so took over with mage then. Killed about 75 in total probably.

 

Got 65 magic too :)

 

 

 

It kind of sucks that almost all of the other DIY accounts and blogs here have either quit or stopped posting... it's really just me, Runar, and Oddish anymore, I remember when there was like 7-8 active blogs :-|

Actually a good RS day, for the first time in a while. I started off finishing my blue dragons task, and I got a clue. To do it, I needed access to the fishing guild. I was 62 fishing, and needed 63 for a +5 stew, so got that quickly. The reward was alright, I guess...

 

After that, I went to Cave Horrors for my next task. I should get 63 slayer before I'm done. Also got a clue there, which I needed Swan Song to do. To do Swan Song, I needed One Small Favor. That sucked, but got me 45 summ and 56 prayer. Swan Song got me 66 Magic, and the ability to fish monkfish :)

The clue turned out to be one of the worst in history :(

 

I also was able to buy Jack of All Trades today, which will help leveling a lot! Got 57 prayer with it :)

Slower day today, but still progress. It was all slayer. I got my second black mask, for a placeholder :) Also, I got 69 range, 67 HP, and 63 Slayer. I got chaeldar's special task, so that was a nice pts/xp boost. I'm on 11 tasks now, about halfway to broad bolts. I'll get the helm after that.

 

Right now my goal is to get 70 Range, then attack, then Dragon Defender, and then 65 65 70 melee stats, with whatever slayer level that gets me.

Anyways, was only on for ~20 mins yesterday, but I finally got it... 70 Range!!

Slow night tonight, I had to get some work done. I fished a bit though, getting a couple hundred monks and 64 fishing. I need to catch up on more work tomorrow, so it'll be more fishing. Also, with the olympics thing, I got 56 and 57 agility today. The agility event is going to be a HUGE xp boost with 20k xp/day for 4 weeks :) I know it jumps up to 30k xp eventually, just don't know when.
