Alright, this is basically, in Nex's words, the Tavern Profile. Note, that there should be, preferably, ONE POST PER PERSON. Unless this thread remains unstickyed and we need to bump, in which case, post a Bump every time you edit in something major. Sound good? Also, this Idoesn't count as my post since I want to see if people actually like this.. If enough people post I will too.

Generally cool with most stuff, though I do insist on sensible game systems.

 

I run a Danse Macabre game, called 'The Black Pauper'. I also run a play by post game called 'The Ashen Face'.

 

 

 

I carry a big stick, Sense, and on the end of that I have a spiked ball, Reason. I often like to spin this around my head and let those foolish enough to stand in my way taste the bite of Intellect, my pet name for the combined stick and ball.

I like hegemony, I don't really like D&D or Pathfinder much (I tried to start one but gave up before the first game due to complexity) but I love dungeoneering.

I like the games of Space, and D'neering. Can't get into Hegenomy games. I also like combinations of popular games mixed with Homebrewed stuff, or just good old fashion D&D.

 

 

I cary around a little book called Insanity with a bookmark of Random Logic . I usually try to mediate problems here instead of making them, but I usually screw that to hell.

 

I'm an okay Mod if I can get my act together and find time to Mod stuff.

 

Individual Responces: Fura, most of us don't notice that, and anyways this seems a little more organized to me. I may be prejudiced due to it being my idea though.

I am Grim; I am or was one of the resident GMs of the tavern and I probably have the largest collection of game systems.

 

I am willing and capable of running the following systems (well, if and when I have the time): Pathfinder rpg (think bog standard DnD), Dark Heresy (horror game in the 41st millenium) and most FATE based systems (damned near any setting with a heavy narrative twist), though my preference would be against Pathfinder.

 

I am also the only member of the tavern who partakes in tabletop wargaming at all, and I run a blood angels warhammer 40k army.

 

When I GM I wield the machine gun of overwhelming force loaded with bullets of Gm [bleep]ery to ensure encounters are handled in ways different than "I run screaming towards the enemy".

 

If you need most any rpg book, I will either have it uploaded already, be willing to upload it from my collection or can find it and then upload it.

Jk. I am Lone_Shadow_Lynx Leiana, and I am the GM (or as I call myself DS, which stands for Dream_Shread) of Dream Ender. I might be the GM of other games at some point in time, but my limit of games I create at a time is one.

 

I participate in whatever topic catches my eye, such as Space, the Back Room, the Billboard, and the Ashen Face.

 

I absolutly hate not having an RPG to attend, and I'd most likely win the Tavern Award of Most Annoying Female.

 

I have created at least twenty characters for various RPGs, and I am weird enough to participate in LARP.

 

I always carry my pencils and paper, prepared to draw a female character when need be. Often enough I wear my lucky pendant that is the same as the one in my handwritten adventure Alamer. And believe it or not, I always show abit of my RPG self in the real world, mostly during English class while I'm not paying attention to the lesson at hand.

 

Always in my right hand I carry my sword named Darkness, which is infused with many Tears of Regret.

I'm Icu, I play an array of games I can find. Currently playing a lot of TF2 though, attempting to get a new PC so I can play more games such as Starcraft 2 because I want to get good at an RTS.

 

I am also looking for an MMORPG to play, as summer holidays are coming up.

 

I enjoy the odd RPG here and there, I take part in tavern games most of the time.

I am Stork. I'm not currently playing or GMing anything right now, but I prefer playing simpler games where you control a single character rather than army-based games. Also, I don't download much unless it's free and I am very very very sure that it's not malware, so I tend not to play any games that use Maptool.

 

I carry a shovel named "What the hell, guys?" I use it occasionally to bury bad topics and discussions that have gone far too meta or far too off-topic.

Alg/Mask/Missingno. I haven't GMed anything, but play Space and Dream Ender, and am watching The Ashen Face for new developments :razz:

 

Would play other Dungeoneeringesque games and probably a Pathfinder game if any pops up. Not such a fan of hegemony, but know a guy that is and haven't been successful in getting him in on this.

Nexaduro. I am inclined towards non-strategy games, though I have been convinced otherwise. I am a highly unsuccessful GM with a record of abandoned games.

 

In my hand is the bottle I like to call 'Necessity', into which I pour the liquid that is 'Memories' and which has seen christened many a ship of 'Regret.'
