Jeff Delu
Recently I've been putting a lot of thought into what I should spend my dungeoneering tokens on. I currently have the rapier, the longsword, arcane stream, scroll of life and scroll of cleansing, but I am clueless as to what to purchase next. I spend most of my time slaying but I have been getting into bossing a bit lately. I've mostly been doing Bandos but I'd like to try out some other bosses soon. I've been thinking about a chaotic kiteshield for tanking/soloing Bandos but I'm unsure if it would trump a dragonfire shield. It has a pretty hefty range defence and range soak but it also has 15 less mage defence and 7 less strength than the DFS. I'd like to hear from anyone who has compared CKS to DFS at Bandos or from anyone who has other ideas for my tokens. Thanks, -Joof 2496 total achieved June 30, 2013
Nifflin
It sucks. Rigor/ccbow should be your next two for arma and nexing. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying. JacTise69
Rigour, cmaul, and the ccbow are all better uses of your tokens than a cks Trolling by giving good advice since April 2011. The Blog - Currently Cleaning Herbs
AHappySeeker
T9 rings. T10 if you're not just in it for the rewards.
Jeff Delu
I considered getting Rigour and crossbow but I'm only 87 range with no intention of training it any other way than passively through cannoning slayer tasks, so I figure it will be a long while before my stats are fit for Armadyl let alone Nex. As for the maul, where is that useful? 2496 total achieved June 30, 2013

rangers5000
I got cks and tbh i rarely use it anymore since i dont really hav cash for pvm gear. However when i went bandos solo with cks, i didnt notice that big of a difference between dfs and cks. Also dfs doesnt cost to repair. I suggest getting another chaotic like cbow for arma or maul for waterfriend tasks.
jijilentosmi
Yea, I'd unlock all the prayer, get the anti-poison totem, then get the chaotic crossbow and chaotic maul. But I'd probably go for t10 rings before all of that to be honest.
Quyneax
CKS is an improvement over dfs in ranged defence, but not in offence. Depending on whether you use cls or rapier you lose either 7 or 5 points to your offence (attack=strength on Graardor). You also lose 15 magic defence which is a large difference. A spectral spirit shield is superior, as is a dragonfire shield and a dragon defender. Chaotic maul is a great fun weapon and it's much nicer to kill waterfiends with than ss. Jeff Delu
I'm now considering maul. Been using cls+defender with max strength bonus at bandos. Would maul be a good replacement there? Edit: This is duo/trio as a non-tank 2496 total achieved June 30, 2013
Hav0c0wnz
I'm now considering maul. Been using cls+defender with max strength bonus at bandos. Would maul be a good replacement there? Edit: This is duo/trio as a non-tankya maul is great at bandos teams, i use it all the time over my other chaotics, they are all very similiar in dps on graahdor but i enjoy hitting very with the maul, aswell the maul is good for ac situations when u may only get one hit off and you want it to be the highest hit u can(assuming you have used up your claw spec(s)
