Iamfarming
Hey guys, just wondering how many overloads should I bring for a fire cape? Also, when should I go about drinking them (like what waves)? Also, should I use the normal spellbook or curses (seeing as how soul split might prove useful), I'll most likely be ranging (not sure if meleeing would be effective with my levels) if that helps. Stats in the sig if you need to know. Thanks in advance!
Runecrafts
I'd imagine 2, maybe 3 if your not on task. Hi if you're reading this you are amazing and I love you.Maybe they'll release a bugless update for April Fools. My_Eggs
I'd imagine 1, maybe 2 if your not on task. Using a chaotic rapier, on task, with max melees, and turmoil I use two overloads and a single dose of the third one if I am overloaded constantly through out the cave. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Lose No Hope
Considering you are ranging, which is considerably slower than melee, you may need 3-4. [hide]unbinding green's kidneys for ltk's heartdo you farm guam like me sir ltk[/hide]
Nifflin
If you range bring three and uses curses. You're right, ss is great during the caves. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying. Aten
Do you have EEE? If so, don't bother with soul split. Eagle Eye is much more useful, you'll barely need to heal since you're ranging and aren't prone to the damage from possible errors caused by meleeing. You should be overloaded through the whole caves, bring 4 just to be safe (if you run out during Jad, that would suck :S). Iamfarming
I'm in the process of getting a rapier right now, would that be more effective with my "meh" stats? And no but I can get the EEE (I have to get it eventually anyways) so I suppose you can consider it as if I had one. Thanks for the advice so far, this forum is amazing <
LitterBug
You're fine with range. You need like 2-3 overloads and you can bring brews.EEE is awesome and get to save a few potions.Try trapping stuff between rocks (it's really easy) and you only need to pray one thing. Also, an SGS is not a bad choice (since you don't really need EEE that much if you have overloads + brew + prayer)
Iamfarming
Alright so it looks like my inventory will look something like: EEE4-5 Brews3-4 Overloads18-20 Super restores Is that good enough?
onegppker
Replace most of those super restores with prayer pots because they are much cheaper. Also, since you have EEE you probably wont need that many brews. I did it last week with similar stats and I brought 6 rocktails which was overkill seeing as I hadn't used any until i got to Jad. Edit: you don't need restores at all because overloads restore your stats a certain amount every 15 seconds
Zaaps1
2 is enough with the best gear. Without, you shouldn't need any more than 3. ~It's Super Effective! My_Eggs
2 is enough with the best gear. Without, you shouldn't need any more than 3. 2 overloads for him to range the whole thing with 94 ranged? It takes me 2 overloads and a dose of a third to melee it with a chaotic rapier and maxed melees (on task). I'd say take 3, maybe a fourth just to be safe (if you plan to use overloads right away when you get in there). 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
