Then I got put on with a moron who didn't answer my call or had me muted or something, and I listened to her talk to some other girl in the call centre named candy about how they could see the clouds moving outside. Then she just hung up. So I phoned again, and had a half hour wait before being put on with customer service. They said they would book me for a service call so someone could come out and take a look. They can't come until the 6th ffs :( By then we'll be going on almost 2 weeks of this.
