Someone could easily put Soul Dew on their Lati@s and bluff it as a choice item and then just say "Oh, I was Expert Belted" when they switch up moves. The best option is really to put them in the Ubers tier. To be honest, Latias is much better in Ubers with the Soul Dew than it is in OU without it. Hopefully though, they won't go Uber because I really love both of them, even before I got into competitive. They're also cute as [bleep] in the anime too.
