Got 92 con, best pet house :D (+5 bank space). 4800 planks left (enough to get 93.5).

 

93 con now, ~1800 planks left, 1.6x multiplier, means about 300-350k xp. Right on schedule.

Planks done, 330k to 94 con, loads of arrows to do, will get 89 fletch :D. got it.

 

Interestingly my Runetracker goes back to late October 2010, 1985 total. I'm 2310 right now, so that's +325 levels in 11 months or so. If I continue levelling at this pace, I'll be maxed in 6 months.

 

On the other hand if you go by xp, I've gained about 135m in 11 months (+ effigies I can't open) which would mean I'd max in two years or so.

 

Sure hope it's closer to the first.

 

Tomorrow is, ideally:

86 mining + strange rocks + starved effigies

86 hunter + strange rocks + statue complete + sated effigies

86 fishing + starved effigies

86 agility + agile top + strange rocks (new set)

Tears of Guthix + 85 runecrafting + strange rocks (new set)

By Jagex standards all my levels are waaaay over high, lol. There's like 3 xp lamps in the game I can't use (elite Fremmenik, Karamja, Falador). For your sake though, I hope it's a 70+ lamp.

Opened 9 starved mining effigies, which led to two firemaking and three woodcutting effigies (+ rc, 3 thief), which led to an agility effigy (+2 hunt, rc), which led to a fishing effigy.

Got a nice problem:

 

Give the lowest n for a given m and k for which there are k parallel non-intersecting m-dimensional closed manifolds M₁, M₂ ... M_k of equal m-dimensional volume in n-dimensional Euclidian space, with m > 0 and k > 1.

(I hope I worded that right, not sure if 'parallel' is the right word in higher-dimensional spaces so I added non-intersecting for good measure.)

 

Basically, imagine any number of circles with the same centre but different radii on an infinite flat plane (not 100% correct probably but it'll do). They are parallel 1-dimensional closed manifolds in 2-dimensional Euclidian space, but do not have the same 1-dimensional volume (length, or rather, circumference). The same thing with a number of spheres of different radii, which are parallel 2-dimensional closed manifolds in 3-dimensional Euclidian space with different 2-dimensional volume (surface area).

More tds, prayer renewal is pretty nice as ovl timer and space saver, got two effigies in 25 kills (37-38 kph including banking), kills #12 and # 14. Need to remember to td on a higher spawn world to waste less time luring.

Being someone who just got ovls, a set of claws to actually keep and 83 prayer, any tips for TDs? Main question is claws or eee with ovls, and if I should switch to those new prayer pots or not.

When new to tding, eee imo. Do your first trip really simple in black hide/neit with defender, rapier, unicorn, kxbow, one spawn. It's boring but it's good practice. You can also use a maul because it's even easier, but you always need a defender with darklight.

 

Once you can survive pretty well, having spare unicorn specials, take claws over eee. Once you get that down easily, switch to void. Void has the nasty property of having fairly low ranged accuracy with both hc and kxbow so you'll want ranger's boots (I can't afford them :/) but dragon boots work as well. You'll need to switch helmet, defender and rapier, so that takes some practice. You could theoretically switch more items but stick with 3 max.

 

You should switch between piety and rigour/eagle eye. I never bothered to switch prayers (or even get off curses) which is why steel titan is such a huge kph increase for me (can just full turm) :P.

 

With steel titan, just do the exact same but full turm and you need brews, plus that void matters less imo, requires too high apm.

 

With virtus, barrage!

 

Prayer renewals save 1 space on a 2 ovl trip (2 renewals = 4000 prayer, 3 regular ppots = 3720 prayer) at 99 prayer. If you need lots of brews (like me) or if you like to do 3 ovl trips (a pro)/2 unicorn trips you can use them, but otherwise it's not huge.

 

Did more tds, steel titan + void. I hit insanely well, 500+ handcannon hit followed by 500+ rapier hit and titan specs and such. Also very bad for your health, died inside 15 minutes. 10 kills in 14ish minutes methinks.

Well, I'm fairly practiced with void/prayer switching/rapier. Just not so practiced at dealing with overload damage. I really need to use more then one spawn effectively. Otherwise I just get bored and attack a TD in a stupid place, which my last trip resulted in 3 TDs on me at once as I tried to get the last couple hits on one, and being at 500LP -after- the overload healing kicked in. Lol.

 

This is usually how things go for me at bosses. I'll be fairly effective, get bored, do something stupid and end up dying or coming close to dying.

 

I'll stay away from the prayer pots then. Even if I do a trip where I could manage two unis, I usually want to leave after the first.
