Alright i was fighting Verac in the barrows *duh* and I encountered what may be a glitch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I ran out of prayer points but my "Protect from Melee" prayer kept going till i killed him (not too long granted).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them, or is it just I was so close to killing him in the last second of my prayer (my prayer was 0/46 and it kept going) and it ran over a little bit? This happened to me twice.

it does "run over" a bit when my prayer runs out it takes like 2-4 seconds i think for it to stop takin effect.

i had one where i prayed in fight pit, and then was teleported out with it on, and when it hit 0 stayed perm. i turned it off in the end thinking it was a glitch, wish i had tried to see if it worked first though

maybe it was just lag..

no it happens to me also but its just when the face pops out you would have still have like 1 or 2 p points left but since that happens u got only a few seconds

this happens to me too, but to everyone....anywhere....jagex has it set so it runs over an extra prayer point thats you dont have - quite helpful

lets not encourage jagex to fix it :wink: :P

it happens to me once in a while where it runs over

perhaps each prayer point give a certain amount of prayer time. If the point is taken off at the begginning of that time for any reason, your time will continue for a while after you reach 0 points

i think its that when your prayer drains in the barrows due to the faces(in high detail) it cant run out by that, so when it happens when your below 11 prayer it will run until the prayers your using would take it down 1 more level

omg theirs faces in high detail? i thought i was going crazy that 1 time. i always switch to low just incase it may cause a little more lag their. but that 1 time i must have left it on high.

It has to do with the +Pray bonus item give you. The more +Pray you have the longer it will do that when it runs out.

When it goes to 0 prayer, it means its now under 1. or .9. Basically, this means that you have .99 (or 1) prayer when it actually switches to zero.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This happens everywhere. I guess its a rounding error. Or maybe by design to be nice to us?
