Ummm.... duh? With Affliction or Heart Unit, you could get almost 60 points an hour, so about 100 in two hours which provided insane exp for Uber fast leveling.

I'm going to second that being the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The answer: Yes. They are meant to be used on other countries. What do you think we are going to do? Put them into orbit. The USA doesn't spend Billions of dollars on Nukes just to waste them. Trust me, they are for your defense, and if we didn't have them, (and a lot of them at that \ ), Iraq could probably be all over us now, but they are scared because we can send one little nuclear bomb over there and blow up their entire country. (I know this wouldn't happen [so you don't kill innocent people], but just putting it out there) ... I lol'd. There was never any hard evidence Iraq had WOMD. So how do you know that they'd be "all over you"? Besides, were nukes around in the World Wars? No... They put MEN into the battlefield, not just dropped a bomb and problem solved. The irony with human kind is that we are good at two things; Surviving and killing each other. The biggest problem with nukes is what you already said. If you were to use it to end/fight in a war, you'd take out countless innocent lives aswell. So what is the point of them? I doubt we'll ever know. Have you ever been to barrows or read what other people said? Those Jagex people intended teleother spells to be used on other players, so I wouldn't call it "bug abuse" per se. I hope the "..." means you know what makes blood red :D Basically yes, "haem" is the pigment that makes blood red, and it's part of haemoglobin (hemoglobin). Hemoglobin is the part in blood that oxygen binds to. I kinda thought of this when I saw the name of the book. The only reason I know all this is because my dad and I were talking about how if you inhaled too much carbon monoxide, how you'd get red instead of blue. I can see how that the idea that maybe haemalchemy is using the daelyt ore to make blood. I am partial also to that idea about silver bolts. The other thing is that obviously it would be an altar in the space not a ruins to an altar, otherwise people would be making insane amounts of money (almost as much as 91 rc) from it.

SO if you read my explanation you see that rannars are as "free" as an ything else in the game. It just requires time, and the person who said "Time is money" was most certainly correct.
