Nomad's Requiem

Can I do it?

I got over 400M cash, along with full bandos, ags, claws mage gear etc. So money is not a problem

I have a firecape, all void sets etc.

Getting Turmoil real soon, do you think with these stats I can do it? I'm also getting 67 summoning for a War Tortoise on DXP Weekend ;D

Might want to get 96 herblore or at least extremes if you've got 400m to spare. You don't need them at all, but if you can afford it why the hell not.

With your current stats I don't think you can do it. Need a war tort at least.

Also, hilarious name for asking about Nomad's Requiem.

Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.
[spoiler=The rest of my sig. You know you wanna see it.]

my difinition of noob is i dont like u, either u are better then me or u are worst them me

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

Either waste it on a rare or waste it on herblore. The reason you should be saving up cash is to SPEND on things like prayer or herblore.

You can do it. With overloads it's be even easier. Use something like full Armadyl, ranger's boots, crossbow, barrows gloves etc. and ruby bolts (e). Either use eagle eye or get turmoil and use soul split/leech range/leech defence.

A kyatt would help a lot, as would overloads. A pernix item is an alternative.

I've done it with 70 prayer, 83 strength 72 attack 40 defense with dhide and a whip. (With sharks.)

The best advice i can give you is to summon a terrorbird full of rocktails, and when you've ate about 9 rocktails dismiss your bird and summon a spirit kyatt. Bring 100 ambush scrolls and spam the hell out of them while focusing on attacking and eating. Hide behind the pillar when he does his wrath attack, this isn't needed and you can easily tank it, but it should save a little food.

He has a lot of hitpoints and fairly high defense so a BGS special is more useful than claws (imo)... If you have a stat hammer for some reason (DO NOT BUY ONE JUST FOR THIS) then that would be perfect.

Awesome, I'll definitely try it. Getting Turmoil soon so it should be easy if you did it with 70 :D How many tries did it take you?

TBH, overloads make him 50x easier

If you have 400mil, you might as well gather ingredients and get to 96 herb during BXP

I mean the soul wars cape aren't that notable (or even good) and I would personally wait two weeks

Sometimes if you're using brews then super restoring, you might die (depending on how much he hits and he's known to get incredibly lucky)

I bought dhide my first time and I died pretty quickly

I bought Karils + a dragonfire shield and I won (pretty easily)

I think mostly, I was just lagging during my dhide and it's not such good defense

But you can try it now a few times.

He's really not that hard - each try is only a couple of minutes and if you die, your gravestone is right there.

Note that in the event you are carrying degradable armor and you die, SAVE your degradable armor.

You spawn a few squares away from your grave so you can take whatever you want with no risk.

1 on that account because i knew what i was doing.

I died on my main (mainly all 90s) the first time because i was just checking out his attack methods without looking at a guide :P And i didn't take a kyatt.

Dieing is safe though, your grave spawns about 10 tiles away from you.

So the kyatt method is still viable? I thought Jagex nerfed it.

There was a glitch where you didn't get hit or something and the kyatt did all the work... That got nerfed.

I just use it because it's by far the greatest DPS of any familiar until iron titan, and you can spam it's attack even when eating, so your overall damage isn't interrupted too much when you have to heal.

Get 68 Summoning for the War tortoise once you have that it's a piece of cake because you can take infinite brews with you. Ruby (e) bolts work wonders alhtough you need to watch out for when he takes you really low because they also damage you when the spec procs.

2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

Ifyou had overloads, or at least extremes, you could get away with elite void, zs with claws or bgs for spec wep, but without them, you may find it difficult....
