September 3, 201114 yr I want to go from 74-75 now, so I can burn mgaic logs during BXPW to work my way up to 92 for the seers elite diary. I am currently burning yews with a tinderbox. Is that the best method? I heard that the new area that has the whip vine is good for firemaking and it is less click intensive, that it is more like cooking. How does that experience compare? Thanks
September 3, 201114 yr Based on numbers I've seen the jadinko lair fming is 2nd best xp/hr on fming; only topped by mage logs WITH penance horn.Without horn had lair pwns em and it is much less click and cost intensive. Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
September 3, 201114 yr Author sounds good, any guides on it, or I just chop down the vines and when by inventory is full I burn them at that spot to the south?

When you get your favor to 2k (it increases by 2 points for each vine you burn), you can collect a cache of Herblore Habitat seeds as well; when you do this, it's best to attract carrion jadinkos and ward off common jadinkos above ground, since that ensures all the seeds will be herb seeds. September 3, 201114 yr Striped vines iirc if given to Papa Mambo will let you temporarily ward off whatever type of jadinko you want (excluding god jadinkos)
September 3, 201114 yr How do you get other jadinkos and get rid of the commons? To attract carrion jadinkos, build a boneyard and plant a kalferberry bush + green vine blossom. To ward off common jadinkos, give Papa Mambo a striped vine (obtained by hunting Camouflaged Jadinkos) and he'll shoo them away for long enough for you to collect your favor rewards. September 4, 201114 yr Author what the heck are you guys talking about???? I was asking about firemaking where the whip vine drop is, and it seems like somehow you are now talking about herblore habitat??
September 4, 201114 yr The jadinko lair to train firemaking is great xp. I have been there last week or so, getting around 220k fm exp hour(im 99 wc don't know if that makes it faster). Since I have gotten adze its now a little more like 235k ish an hour. But you need 83 firemaking to be able to burn the curly vines and 83 woodcutting to chop them.
September 4, 201114 yr what the heck are you guys talking about???? I was asking about firemaking where the whip vine drop is, and it seems like somehow you are now talking about herblore habitat??The Jadinko Lair is linked to the Herblore Habitat. Burning curly vines earns favor with the jadinkos, which you can cash in for seed drops; jadinkos attracted on the surface affect those seed drops. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
September 4, 201114 yr Author so I cant do those until 83 firemaking, thanks, I will just do yews until 75, then magic longs til 83.
