Advanced Barbarian is the fastest agility xp if you aren't filling the penance horn.

About 70k xp/hr right?

Just looking at your siggy tells me you probably won't appreciate this advice, but i'd recommend you get 99 fishing with barbarian fishing, you'd get a few 100k free agility experience doing so, so you wouldn't have to do more work than neccessary. Plus it's the fastest fishing experience last time i checked.

If you don't have the lunar spells from livid farm yet, unlocking those gets you roughly 300k agility experience too.

Finishing off 99 slayer would get you a fair number (~20) effigies which works out to about 200k xp in fishing, mining, hunter and agility as well, so I'd suggest doing slayer before other skills.

I have the first batch of livid farm spells not the 2nd batch. I plan on returning for the 2nd batch for the completionist cape requirements later when I go for 99 farming. I am really interested in your barb fishing advice, but I think I plan on doing rocktail because I owe a friend 60m and need to make some cash.

Quyneax I like what you brought to the table. I might just go and finish up slayer for the supplemental effigy xp gained from them and use the lamps on farming. If you cant tell I hate farming with a passion and thats because I hate tearing myself from my other activities to do runs. I really like this idea and I think I'll go finish up 99 slayer after I get 97 fishing and agility.

Probably not a good plan. Rocktails are very slow profit. They're not really a real moneymaker. Would be a little like training crafting by picking flax and spinning bowstrings because you need the money.

You should consider C2 fishing. With 90+ fishing it's faster than heavy rodding, IIRC, if you do it right.

I've heard that doing butterflies is good exp for both hunting and agility. Not positive on the exp rates but I believe they're decent.

If you do the Warlocks (i think those are the ones that require 95 Hunter) you should get about 180k Hunter exp per hour and about 30k Agility exp per hour. It's decent.

I agree, barehand butterfly catching is an excellent alternative training method - as you get both hunter and agility xp per catch. It is how I got 99 hunter, and I went from 94-95 agility that way from memory.

Other than that, if you don't like the advanced barbarian agility course (like me) the only other great way is effigies. Seriously, in the long term you will gain so many 99's effortlessly through the effigy stages and lamps.

I think my plan is this so far:

98-99 herblore from daily assists, trolls and penguins done throughout this whole course.

95-97 agility at adv barb course

95-97 fishing at rocktail/barb fishing

90-97 hunter at warlocks (with arctic bear) or herblore habitat

97-99 slayer (using all lamps on farming)

Then...

97-99 mining at LRC

97-99 hunter at warlocks (with arctic bear) or herblore habitat

97-99 agility at barb course

97-99 fishing at rocktail/barb fishing

94-99 farming at livid farm and doing tree/fruit tree runs in between

90-120 dungeoneering (while bossing, pvming, bsing around)

To be honest I will probably use MTK as a source of money so rocktail fishing might be out. Also I don't think I have the patience to master c2 fishing.

Start doing herb runs now. No reason to wait. I wouldn't be surprised if you got 99 just from torstols by the time you finished those other goals. Then you'd save hella money cuz instead of spending mils on trees, you earned like hundreds of mils in profit, or whatever.

Right... What profits? I don't do that farming juju crap. Don't even attempt to persuade me to try them because even if you managed to convince me to do farm runs thats pretty much hitting the jackpot anyways...

c2 fishing is really very easy, you sell something, buy a rod and feathers, drop everything except rod, feathers, and keys (and perhaps some combat equipment depending on floor) while you're running/in-between combat rounds, fish when possible, and do the floor as normal. there's really very little to master other than dropping as losslessly as possible, which really isn't too big of a deal.
