Yes. It's sometimes referred to as powerslaying.

Also, depending on your defense you could throwing knife giant spiders.

Yes, that's where they are. However deadly red spiders in the varrock sewers are a close second.

Best way to train skill, but not the fast, cheap and easy way. *facepalm*

Just chin. It costs like 25m at most and takes about 33 hours. (Starting at level 85)

Compare that to killing whatever creature with a crossbow and broad bolts and getting 40k/hour... 300 hours+ of training.

Is 270 hours of your time really worth less than 25m? (Hell, you'll probably lose money training with bolts.)

I'm assuming he's going for 99. 65-80 takes a few hours at most. (Chinning at 65 is still more xp than any other method anyway, it would not take long at all to level.)

I'm personally actually range/mage slaying atm (when I can get on) because it's fun.

It ends up as a toss up between Cannon + broad bolts + RCBOW or Cannon + Dragon Darts normally. Anything I range in Kura's dungeon I use dragon darts on.

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.

No reason not to use runite bolts if you have Ava's.

No reason not to use runite bolts if you have Ava's.

To elaborate on this, no reason not to use a handcannon if you have an adze.
