Best Fishing Xp Possible

I need a method to shoot for. What is the most efficient way to fish for xp? (Not taking into account levels required)

The method I've heard:

Barbarian fishing w/ 9 fishing urns, 2 granite lobster pouches, and a master penace horn to double the agility xp while low alching every fish as you catch them

Is there a more efficient way, or a way to improve upon this one? Thank you for your time.

I'll achieve my goals, even if I have to crawl towards them.

Always accepting donations of living minerals, fishing urns, granite crab pouches, etc.

The floors you would usually rush in dungeoneering, you do as complexity two. At the start you buy feathers and a rod, and fish every spot you see. They nerfed the xp a little while ago, so I don't believe it's efficient to do if you don't care about dungeoneering, (and if it is, then it's only at 90+ fish) But if you train dungeoneering and would spend time doing the same floors in complexity one anyway, then getting the extra fishing xp would be a good idea.

Obviously, the method becomes better at ever tenth fishing level, as you only get fishing spots from the two highest fish you can catch. (at level 80-89, you only get salve eel and blue crab fishing spots)

Actually, you only get the two highest spots you can cook AND fish. If you're like me and had 90 fishing before 90 cooking and expected to see Moray spots at 82 cooking you will be severely confused and disappointed.

Dang it, I hate cooking.

The fastest fishing Xp is barbarian fishing with a granite lobster and urns. C2 fishing it slower than barbarian fishing, but it's okay if you want to do the lower floors, even though you could do 40 second floors if you did 5 man at C1.

You can low alch the fish, but that would be extra cost, it's up to you. If you know how to drop alot of fish without losing ticks, drop them. If you suck at dropping or don't use mousekeys, low alch them.

If you're at 90 fishing and you're getting worse fishing exp c2ing than you are at barb then you're doing it wrong.

wouldn't sell them quicker?

nevermind, c2 don't have runes, therefore can't take advantage of groupstone.
