Anonymous
I'm really interested in getting all of the three Dominion tower gloves. How do you get them and how long does it take?
Quyneax
You kill bosses. The simplest way is to just do endurance until you run out of supplies, then bank and start again. You need specific bosses (class A and B bosses mainly) as well. They only appear after floor 6-7 or so, so going higher up is better. Anonymous
How long does it take when you're maxed? (Guesstimate)
Powerfrog
If you are not maxed combat already, i highly recommend doing climber. Just fight until you get a fight that you can not do or will take a long time and leave and collect your reward. The dominion points per boss is much higher and they take roughly the same time if you carefully select your handicaps (Really easy to avoid speed crippiling ones.) Higher dominion points = more journal pages and other dominion tower items. And about 60k extra experience in any melee skill you like (Or slightly lower in range/magic/prayer) an hour. Will take about 7 hours if you do climber with dragon claws and a chaotic. A few hits will kill most of the weak bosses, and any hard ones will just be skipped. (Endurance was once viable for dominion points, before bosses such as nomad, pest queen, and decaying avatar started appearing very commonly in higher waves. But now it fails because the initial points for lower waves, the only ones you should do before quitting, give very bad points and gradually get better.) Quyneax
If it's Endurance, you go down the stairs to bank. If it's climber, you die. If you wish to not start a fight in climber, simply say 'no' when it shows the boss picture. Then leave out the exit, claim reward from chest, and start again. Leaf
If you've already seen all the bosses at least once, I highly recommend doing Endurance, and collect from the chest after EVERY boss. Skip annoying bosses like Dag mother, desert treasure, the Illusive, etc. by using the exit stairs. That's the fastest way to get journal pages, and trust me you don't want to have to go back to the tower after 500 kills just to hunt for journal pages. Climber is a LOT slower, and the tiny bit of XP from books is simply not worth it. If you don't want journal pages, do Endurance and keep going until an annoying boss, then restart. Powerfrog
How is climber 'a LOT slower'? You have to wait 3 seconds for the handicap spinner thing. That's the only time consuming difference i can think of. And the points equal upto 60k more in a melee skill. That's pretty significant seeing as it's like 5% slower at most. Anonymous
I'm 100% maxed combat-wise, so I don't care about experience. More Q's: 1. Can I fight 1 Nomad instead of 2?2. If I need to unlock boss fights, can I do that in Freestyle mode?
Troacctid
1. Can I fight 1 Nomad instead of 2?2. If I need to unlock boss fights, can I do that in Freestyle mode?1. Yes, but only if you find him in Endurance or Climber mode.2. No, freestyle is only available after you've beaten them in Endurance or Climber. Anonymous
I'm planning on killing Nomad pretty soon, but I don't know how I should go about it. I've killed like 260 bosses and found him once. I'd much rather fight him once instead of the double version. How should I find him (preferably only one Nomad)? I had a hard time finding nomad in climber/endurance though.
Powerfrog
Class A bosses only appear after the 6th boss in endurance and climber. You'll probably get him on your way to 500 kills. If you somehow don't though, double nomad is really easy for a maxed player with a rapier and overloads. Hell, it's possible to do without food. Powerfrog
Can I always kill him in special mode? You can always do the double nomad challenge in special mode whenever you feel like it. You can always fight him once in freestyle whenever you feel like it after beating him in climber or endurance, or defeating both nomads in special mode. You can occasionally find him in climber and endurance modes, after wave 6.
