KolodionRS Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 Hello all, I have been trying to find a logical answer to which of the 3 god staves is the best.I caan only find oppinion, nothing with anything to back it up. Quyneax Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 Flames of Zamorak reduces magic level.Claws of Guthix reduces defence level.Saradomin strike reduces prayer level. Of the three, Flames of Zamorak might actually be the best for mage-heavy pvp, since magic level affects both your opponent's magic defence and damage output. However, you can cast Claws of Guthix with a void mace, which has a higher magic attack bonus than the god staves, +6 prayer bonus and a +10% magic damage bonus, which is why Dagannoth Rex hunters of days gone by preferred it (of course the damage bonus didn't exist then but +6 prayer was still there). How many other gods do you see with horns? That's right, just Zamorak, because he's awesome. Saradomin is some ugly old bald dude, and Guthix...well, nobody likes Guthix.
