Turkey Takeover!

The turkeys of RuneScape have been in hiding since last November, secretly plotting ways to secure protection in Gielinor and save them from an inevitable roasted death. A year on and their planning has come to fruition, setting out on a journey to win the war against turkey-slayers, mustering support via diplomatic measures.

By bringing their plight to the attention of King Roald at the Varrock Palace, the turkeys hope to gain sympathy for their cause and outlaw the senseless murder of turkeys across RuneScape.

However, simply reaching the palace will be no easy feat as groups of turkey-hungry adventurers will be attempting to stop them in their tasty, meaty, succulent tracks... mmm, turkey!

Fortunately, with the help of a band of rogue penguin spies, we've managed to uncover some turkey intel and know where they'll be appearing throughout the week - now it's your job to group up, locate these turkey menaces, stop them reaching the palace and save Thanksgiving!

Our intel suggests that the turkeys will be appearing in the Varrock Palace courtyard at the following times:

THE place for all free players to connect, hang out and talk about how awesome it is to be F2P.

So, Kaida is the real version of every fictional science-badass? That explains a lot, actually...

Urgh these D&D style penguin hunt clone rip off seasonal events are utter bs. get back to doing what you did best quest styled seasonals with an actual story and reward.

Not everyone has the time to do these hunts for turkeys/ghosts/eggs etc.

I personally would prefer a sort of quest I could come back to when I log in if I have to go afk 10 minutes into it.

Agree with above. Never been a fan of D&D's so the new seasonal D&D's aren't very fun holiday events imo.

Always liked doing the Holiday-related quests.

Just the "the Stuffed" title as far as I can see. Almost as bad as the year the reward was a turkey logo for the herald capes. <_<

And I stand by my verdict that I am currently residing in the worst possible timezone.

Given my work schedule and my timezone, and despite the number of these events, I will not be able to make it to any event.

The early morning events are too late for me, and the late events are too early (ironic).

They are too busy with other things. Went to a turkey hunt and I have no idea what was the point in killing them and did not know when the event ended. At some point we were all asking each other "that's it?" and we left confused about the rewards or the lack of it.
