February 15, 200620 yr Heh, I remember when I was a little 63 member and had no idea what the highscores were (I played the game, I barely knew how to change my password and read the manual). Anyways, I had just finished shilo quest (maged the final demon with help from a blocker friend), I went in, and saw a level 125 character. I asked him what his combat skills were and total, and wowed at all of them, asked if he had any advice for me as i was new to members, he said a few things along the lines of dont beg, running natures is good money, and know the map like the back of your hand. A week or two later I found the highscores and saw the number 1 person. Turned out I had met zezima and not realized it. I finished my business there, logged back in and told my friend, who laughed at me for not realizing he was the number 1 player, and asked me why I didnt tell him. :P He had a good laugh at my expense, I'll tell you that much. We're still friends although he's quit rs now. Surprisingly, zezima wasn't being mobbed. Infact, he was alone and fly fishing at shilo. I wonder at this to this day :P Now, that story was long and probubly slightly off topic, so I'll be more on topic. My problem is when people ask for free stuff, I'm too high a level to kill them :P Combat 90, they're almost always below 30. I cant touch em in the wildy.... which annoys me. I usually go on nonmember worlds with telerunes to escape if I need too.

February 16, 200620 yr Reminds me three days ago when we were kbding waiting at the ardy lever. All of a sudden neo comes running by :o . Only people who notice him were me and some lvl 78. We run up to him and yell "omfg YOUR MY IDOL!!!!1". He stops for a second, and then starts running south. Then he goes into the "west" ardy(plague area). Sadly, I couldn't go there, neither could the lvl 78 :( . So sad... By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

February 16, 200620 yr I saw zezima once in falador east bank. There were basically 4 groups of people, judging by what they said about him: 1) "omg its zezima!" and "glow1:wave2: z-e-z-i-m-a!" 2) "zezima can i have some free stuff?" 3) "omg u noobs leave him alone hes just another player" 4) "get off zezima so i can see what he looks like" actually theirs a 5th and 6th group 5)people(like me) who repeatedly attack him with a rubber chicken 6)people who just ignore him I'm not drunk! You wouldn't dare call me drunk if i was sober!

Or ill play games with the person who is following me. Being lvl 103 (not high but good enough) whenever i go f2p to help a friend out i get at least 3 followers, when they ask for stuff i say "sure follow me" then proceed to walk around 1 to 2 buildings over and over again their questions are the best lol. Have fun with them, thats what there in the game for! Hah, Ian
February 17, 200620 yr I know its hard sometimes, but you just need to ignore the children who do that. But this topic has made me think of something else, high level players who are absolute [puncture]s, like I went to chaos druid tower to fight ogres underneath (I'm level 98) and there was a level 110 down there, as soon as I got there he said "omfg noob stop killing my ogres", I said, "excuse me? 'YOUR' ogres?" and he says something along the lines of "yes noob my ogres I'm a higher level than you so go away noob", he called me a noob so many times, until I asked him how long he played, he said one year, I asked him if he was playing back in RSC, he said no. I've been playing since the September before santa hats were dropped, and this guy thinks he can go around calling everybody noobs just because he is a higher combat level. While I'm still on the subject of high level [wagon], I would like to say that "the old nite" (currently second highest overall on hiscores) is a really nice guy, back in RSC when he was the highest overall (yea he used to be ranked number 1) I seen him smithing at seers village, so I thought yea I'll take a screenshot, its not every day you see the best player in runescape, so I said to him "hey man, say cheeeeeese", and you know what, he said none other than the word "cheese", he didn't call me a noob, he didn't ignore me, he didn't act as if he were more important than me because of his high levels, I told him thanks and he said no problem and that was the end of that. So last week, I seen him in edgeville, I went up to him and said the same thing I said 2 years before, "hey man, say cheeeeeeeese", he said cheese, I said thanks, he said no problem. Ok so my point is... That after all these years the old nite has played and been up amongst the best, he must have had so many children annoying him and begging him for items and following him around, yet he still took 30 seconds of his time just so I could take another screenshot, and I have a lot of respect for him because of that. Oh heres the pics if you want to see or don't believe me. Hehe by the way, notice he is still wearing the same clothes, maybe they should introduce a hygeine skill in to the game. :lol: And would you look at that, I've gone way off topic, sorry guys. :oops:
February 17, 200620 yr i find what you say offensive by saying "those begging kids " or somethin like that. im 12 & if you think you can just assume that no kid can play because some people ( i didnt say kids cuz some older people scamm to) have scammed then i think people who are prejugdist should be baned! Don't talk if you want to give a good name for 12 year olds, you're making it worse. Couldn't the person who forgot his money on Karamja pick 10 bananas though? :P The only thing I see is that most high levels call others noobs although I noticed when I go look them up in the high scores, the only thing that's high is their combat skills, a little one-track mind we have going here :P
