No, no you misunderstood me I think. At the end of every update BTS we get a slip of the next scheduled update and that's what we got. The camera was panning across the waters to the east of daemonhiem stopping at the fremennik faery boat. The the announcer said "coming to the shores near you" or something like that.

For some reason I think this might be a reference to a minor update. I vaguely remember some discussing of reworking a good portion of the transport system. I think in a past BTS vid, podcast or AMAA jagex mods expressed their distaste for most of the alternative transport methods in particular the charter ships and their usefulness. So maybe this little message about shores is referencing the charter ships plus some.
