October 12, 201312 yr For some reason I think this might be a reference to a minor update. I vaguely remember some discussing of reworking a good portion of the transport system. I think in a past BTS vid, podcast or AMAA jagex mods expressed their distaste for most of the alternative transport methods in particular the charter ships and their usefulness.
