How do you find out your team?

“I had a feeling we weren’t coming back from this fight when it began.”

“Do you have any regrets?”

“I don’t. It seems surprising, I know, but I wouldn’t change a thing. This is how it was meant to be.”

“Huh, you never really notice how lovely the day is until you realize you’ll never see it again.”

“Mmmhmm.”

Red is obviously the best.

TSL: Go to store page and under the flash sales will be the summer adventures stuff. Click on the board game, scroll down a little and there should be a button that says "Join a Team".

Skyrim is only $5 today! Highly recommended if you somehow never played it, or even if you have it for console but not PC.

I saw that. I bought it for $15 last Christmas. The Legendary Edition is under that. I'm soooo tempted to rebuy it but buy the Legendary Edition.

DorkSoulds 2 only 33% off yet, meh.

Granted it's a fairly recent game.

Selling the cards for 35 cents a pop. Might buy a game just from those..

the deals have been a bit disappointing so far, especially wrt how many early access games are taking up space

oh well, i still picked up a few interesting games. sins of a solar empire, warband, call of juarez so far. and i've also made about 3bux back from selling the trading cards, which is a nice bonus.

wake up like dead men

I voted for Arkham Origins to be 75% off. It wins and then is only 40% off? What a joke

JaGeX: How much will you pay?

It's showing 75% off for me.

Purchased BattleBlock Theater, which is a steal right now. And then I decided to buy Borderlands 2.

It almost feels like you overpay for games if you buy them outside of these seasonal sale periods. The feeling to have bought Sleeping Dogs for like $75, as an example.

I guess the unspoken rule of thumb is NOT to buy games outside of sales periods unless you are really that keen.

As tempted as i've been to buy some games, i've decided to be strong and not give in. Last steam sale i spent about $300 and most of those games are still waiting to be played. So hard though, when you see something you might like, and you can't get it.

Yeah, I don't know why people spend so much money buying those games that they don't really play. I'm mostly referring to those really cheap indie games that are like $3 that aren't really that great.

But dat $14 Skyrim GOTY....

12 games bought atm and I cant stop, why you do this steam

I went to buy Tomb Raider (2013 Version) for $4, because I thought you know I might like to play that sometime but not now.

Then when I got to the cart page it told me I already owned it.

Then I looked in my library and saw that I did but never even downloaded.

And I was like, "Son of [bleep]! I gotta stop buying crap from steam on a whim.".

He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. Lol

Today I bought Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition ($5.40) and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons ($3.24).

Those are pretty much the equivalent of cheap candy, except sometimes you come out of it with something on the level of Bastion.

Bought Tomb Raider with the money i got selling cards. I'm done buying games now.

Depending on how the Community's Choice vote goes, I'll probably pick up Goat Simulator for $6.

Buy games as gifts and store them in your inventory. That way if you change your mind later you can trade them for other games.

Haven't bought too much this time around (relative to other years). So far I've bought:

Terraria

Banished

Star Wars Battlefront II

Torchlight II

Saints Row IV

Awesomenauts

Goat Simulator

Bioshock Infinite

Civilization V: Brave New World expansion

For a total of $51.31. Mostly using up visa gift cards from Christmas.
