Buy a bottled soda with a plastic cap on top 3. Remove plastic cap and place it face down on linoleum floor (to where the inside of the cap is facing the floor, not the cieling). 4. Place foot on cap 5. Apply pressure and move your leg, dragging the cap across the floor. That, my friends, is the most annoying sound in the entire world.
