There's plenty of allusions in the game. Monty Python for example, but there are TONS more.

ROFL i play paintball and by looking at this pic they were doing it as like a 1 in a year type thing. Hes holding a tippman 98 that gun is poo. They are outdoors that is fun not skill. so get over that paintball pic and accept the fact your still playing there game with or without things in it related to real life.

Pros play PB outside too. They just use the inflatables and not trees and that sort.

I don't see why you draw the conclusion that having Austin Powers references means they don't want kids playing. It's a benign reference. If you have watched the movie, you might notice it, and if you haven't seen the movie, it's not as if it's offensive or anything.
