Atleast I could just walk down the stairs again, and wasnt stuck. I think it took JaGex less than a week to fix it, then it got reported. He only spoke to me in French; he couldn't send a query to Jagex at all since he didn't speak English. I sent a customer query to Jagex on his behalf and he was freed the next day.
