March 14, 200620 yr Its not first time JaGex make bugs in graphic. This is from the boat on Crandor isle short after RS2 came out. Atleast I could just walk down the stairs again, and wasnt stuck. I think it took JaGex less than a week to fix it, then it got reported. Thats nothing, check these out: I've got more but not on this computer, might post them tomorow.
March 14, 200620 yr I faced another player, similarly stuck after rearrangements of the scenery, about 4 months ago. He only spoke to me in French; he couldn't send a query to Jagex at all since he didn't speak English. I sent a customer query to Jagex on his behalf and he was freed the next day. He thanked me in a PM :) So yes, Customer Support is your (and the other Tip.it'er)'s best bet. btw... hyt! :)
