March 15, 200620 yr Grr, some mentally challenged is going around buying up all the chef's hats from the varrock fancy dress shop :/ Is there another way to get one? I don't think there is ever a hat in there. It always just says 0 hats, no matter how long I stay there.

The bush is at the agility course just south of building where you get the dentures go southwest and cross the stepping stones (you'll need ninja monkey greegree).
