March 23, 200620 yr Author ..i like it. the light changhes to dramtically in my opion it doesnt make a smooth transistion..... Yeah, I don't really know how to make a smooth transition, or actually haven't really tried. Right now, I'm just saying that it is "my style" until I make it look better
March 23, 200620 yr Author BTW, do you have any tips or advice on making smooth transitions when doing shades in the sky?
March 23, 200620 yr Smooth transistions- 1. Photoshop CS 2. MS Paint 1. If you have photoshop then just make a bunch of layers and lower the opacity down about 10% for each layer untill you like it how it is 2. In MS paint take your base color and make it slightly darker. Not too dark but dark enough so you can almost notice a change. Dont make it so you cant see a change at all. Hope this helps ^^ClicK^^"I backed my car into a cop car the other dayWell he just drove off sometimes life's ok...Alright already we'll all float onAlright don't worry we'll all float on" - Isaac BrockDays Hunting:4 - Kingly Imps Caught:2Money Earned: 4.5-5m
March 23, 200620 yr 1. If you have photoshop then just make a bunch of layers and lower the opacity down about 10% for each layer untill you like it how it is nononono don't do that. It could work, yes, but it's cheating realy..and isn't considered a pixel usualy. Dither it. http://www.spriteart.com , read it on there. (I know I sugest this site a lot, but it's great, and dithering is one of the best shading methods).
March 23, 200620 yr Author Thx guys, I'll do my best and repost later. See anything else wrong with it?
March 23, 200620 yr Author Took Nadril's advice (thank you, btw) and went to http://www.spriteart.com. Here is the result below:
March 23, 200620 yr photoshop for noobs doing that its for editing use illustrator and photoshop together trust me. GWD solo drops: Armadyl Hilt sold at 63.5m - (More to come hopefully)
March 24, 200620 yr Hmm... the thing that bugs me is the big 'rings' of light... to make it look better, you'll have to make it look more natural.
March 24, 200620 yr make it more.. uhh. more gradual the light the rest is good i think u need to learn a lil dithering.. try spiteart again
March 25, 200620 yr I like it but like many of these sigs it's to bland. Add some extra things in to make it more appealing.
March 25, 200620 yr Author I am planning on adding some extra stuff. What kind of stuff should I add to it? And on the dithering note, I read it, and honestly didn't understand it fully, I'll re-read it.
March 27, 200620 yr Author You should make a better shading of the light stuff... ~komodo K, already working on that...I meant anything I should add...Like other people, more items, etc.
March 27, 200620 yr Author Here's the work I did on the shade. Now, does anyone have any ideas as to what I could add?
March 28, 200620 yr Author Never tried trees....or rocks...or clouds.. This will be bit of a challenge! I'm up to it! *runs to MS Paint*
March 28, 200620 yr Add a dog, a cow, a horse, a duck, a frog, any animal or another person :D ~komodo
