I think pking is fine, there has to be some dangers or else everything would be extremely easy. If your afraid of dying than limit your time in the wilderness. Don't rune craft via the abyss, don't complete treasure trails, don't get the mage arena spells.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just be prepared for slower leveling, its really each players decision. Players in runescape are ruthless and would rather attack someone who isn't prepared than someone who is, because 85% of the time they will lose to those prepared.

Pking is just fine, they put it in the game for a reason, just like mini-games and everything else.

 

 

 

RC pking, I hate it, im a runecrafter and have almost died twice from it, but it was put in wildy for a reason.

 

 

 

Green dragons, again when I was a lower level I used these for training, naturally I got attacked once or twice, but they were put where they are for a reason.

Everyone who enters the Wilderness is fully aware of the risks before they leave the nonwildy. If you don't want to die at the hands of another player, stay out of the Wilderness, simple as that. Personally, I refrain from killing Dragon Trainers, Hunters, and Abyss RCers, but they know the risk when they venture out there. They trade safety for speed, and without that safety, well, too bad for them.

My opinion is this: when you go into the wilderness you risk being killed, so don't bring your new santa hat or your favorite whip into the wildy if you expect it back. On the other hand, a pker should have some morals. If he kills a pure in full pking gear, he should feel bad, as he defeated somebody that is tough to beat in the wilderness. But, you shouldn't pk defenceless runecrafters. Sure, they did go into the wildy, but they didn't challenge you and it is actually difficult to pk runecrafters if the runecrafters know what they are doing.

The first part is true.. just as you said.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, the part where you said that they should feel bad for pking a pure just isn't right. If you kill a pure, someone built to hold his own in the wilderness, you should feel proud of yourself. Heck, i'm pure and i always feel good when i pk someone. I just killed a lvl 78 (i'm 62) that attacked me while i was killing greens and i felt great about it, even though i got almost nothing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for the not being allowed to pk... I think that's just kinda lame. No offense to your mom, but if you're old enough to play the game, i think you're old enough to enter the wilderness. I was in a clan with an 8 year old for a while and he did just fine. No aggressiveness from him. I'm really laid back... I dunno, some parents just seem to blind kids from anything un-christianlike.

PKing is 100% fine, ther is nothing wrong with it. It was put in the game for the players to have fun, i've always seen PKing as a way of fun rather than a way of moneymaking, but of course im not sayin i dont wanna make money out of it. And as for PKing RC-ers and clue hunters etc, i find it perfectly fair..if it wasn't then it wouldn't be aloud in the game. RC-ers make money from what they do, and its a fair bit of money that they can make, so they have to run a risk to do so...As for Clue hunters, well clues are also fairly rewardable, so thats why the risk is there! Maybe just because you dont PK RC-ers or Clue Hunters doesent mean your gnna change the game and no-one is gonna do it, and its not gonna make you look like a good person if you say u dont PK them.

You go in the Wilderness for high stakes if your not trying to PK, and if your abyss crafting that's why Jagex made it in the Wilderness, so you have some consequences for makeing like 4k nats per hour! :x
