m8, rs is a computer game, not a grammer test, some times pple just dont have the time/can't b asked to type out whole words, get ova it

 

 

 

Typing out whole words is good practice. Would you ever hand in an essay to your teachers typin lyke dis n gt n f- bcus u is 2 lzy n thn cry bout it?! Thought not. Maybe if you took an extra 3 seconds to type properly there wouldnt BE any need for these type of threads. :roll:

Meh what bugs me is when people who type normally try to take the piss out of people who talk like chavs with 1337 speak.. Because the numbers of people "hu tkl like dis" are decreasing and are being overruled by people who "talkinz (Y) dis like (h)11111111111111111111111!", ownage sig lol.

Yeh, I found once I started typing like this, my ICT work became improved (During evaluations and stuff, I get it done quicker.)

I always used ta tlk lik dis den i learnt ta use mah brain, and talk like this. :lol: I only started talking normally about, 3 weeks ago, but as my spelling is really bad, it looks like I'm leet speaking even when I'm not :D

I totally agree... why talk 'lyk dis' for the sake of a few letters? Surely if given the choice - which you have - you would type properly. Maybe you 'can't be bothered' :roll: but maybe we 'can't be bothered' to decipher you texts as to me, they are barely legible! I couldn't even make out 1337 until rooneyrules said:

I have to say that I dont feel that annoyed, I feel a bit, but it makes you dumb, some people say it makes you smart because is the new language and such, but it craps you out in the grammar tests and such... I dont like to use it, some thime I write something in leet speak, but not my fav thing :P

O yes I agree. It may be a game but learn to speak, I can type so much faster than most with correct grammar. It just makes you look better. Typing properly helps you type out your assignments fast. Who said runescape wasn't educational?
