Suddenly this guy comes in, full dragon, which makes me wonder why he's here. Then he sets up his cannon and sits back. He says he'll stop, but then comes back with more! He's obviously just doing it for a dragon spear or half key, but this is not the way to do it. So I ask you, please, dont be like this guy and only think of the lower lvls as more lag on the server, preventing you from your drops. Or as simple xp in the wildy. And dont abuse your cannon, thx. (Quit: tallest please come to the death altar, give me 1,337,000,000 gp, a golden tinderbox, and a spade, also steal one of zidanes phats and give it to me. But I'm sure he's not doing it to make you mad, if it bothers you, just change worlds. Who cares if it takes a few changes to find another decent world, if it's bothering you, change. Anyways, abusing your cannon? What do you think cannons are for? Oh, and most of the people that play runescape are jerks. Mainly because they're all 10-12 years old as you will see if you ever go in a clan ventrilo/teamspeak server. Playing at 10pm in a server close to you will also give you an idea of how old most people are that play this game. 10pm PST on a toronto server and there's probably about 250-300 people. So maybe he's just too afraid of losing his dragon fulls and thus trains only on monsters that barely hit him. But you can't complain, he has the right to train wherever he wishes. Lep Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 A level like his shouldn't train there really unless it's for Slayer, but it's his choice. No one owns the experience in the game themselves. I don't know if he's really being a jerk though, or just showing off. I personally found it hilarious at all the complaining when training Range to 85 with a Cannon at Dagganoths. They're fairly high levels there too, and you'd think they know the experience is free and up for grabs for anyone who can survive down there. Nonetheless, I stayed there, because it'd be the same in the other worlds. They could use one if they wanted to... I don't mean to flame or anything though. Just gonna let you know that it's going to go in circles, with some peopel saying it's a part of the game and there for a reason, others saying use it but only when you find a clear world, others say use it whenever you feel like it, then the rest say it's just plain cheap and shouldn't ever be used (which makes me wonder what they think about it even existing in the first place). Watch the numbers of people in servers in your area go up at about 2pm when school lets out, then like yousaid at 10 it plummits, thats why i like to play from 10-12 on weekdays, and 12 and beyond weekends. It was quite mean for him to set up his cannon there, but a simple solution could be for you to world hop. It's not really his fault. A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight. I either switch worlds, or if its slayer, use their cannon to help me get kills. When first showing up at a new training place with a cannon, and someone is there, common courtesy should dictate that the cannon user switch worlds and try to find an empty one.
